Due to the situation of buying it from another dealer, and picking it up at this place, which is the distributor, we didn't have the proper bill of sale to put it into our name. It was to be emailed to us at a later time. 20 minutes after picking it up we were pulled over by the OPP. We showed the officer the paperwork we had, and he called this place to verify it. Whoever he spoke to on the phone LIED TO HIM AND TOLD HIM WE WERE A DEALER AND SHOULD HAVE HAD OUR DEALER PLATE ON THE TRAILER! That was a flat out LIE, because we ASKED them if we could become a dealer for them, and they told us they already had a dealer only 20 miles from where we live. So they good and well knew different. If we were a dealer, why were we 5 hours from home with a heavy duty truck only hauling one superlight trailer from a trailer distributor!? The police could have had our trailer towed at our expense due to their lie, and we would have had a 10 hour round trip to retrieve it! Thankfully the officer knew he was lied to from the paperwork we did have and let us go, and winked at us in parting, and said, "There's always Google reviews..." and so here we are. Now you know. BEWARE.
R	Rocco C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you get a price on a trailer make sure it’s a written quote. They had a 5’x5’x10’ trailer advertised for $2699 but no stock. Keith told me he would try to source me one. Called back 2 months later and told me they only had a 5’-3”X5x10 but was $150 more for the extra 3” in height. I said no problem and waited for them to assemble the axle on it. Called today and Keith didn’t remember talking to me. I reminded him about our conversation and asked if trailer was ready and he told me a 5’3”x5x10 was ready and the price was $3100. It went from $2699 for 5x5 to 2850 for a 5’3” to 3100 when I decided to take it so I told him to keep it. Very good business practices.

Drove to the lot to check out there trailers only to be disappointed by terrible customer service. The guy that came out to the lot seemed to be inconvenienced by me asking to look at trailers. He told me the one I was interested in wasn't in stock and the closest model was in there shop being put together. Never offered to show me any of the other trailers by the same manufacturer features. Never took my name or number to let me know when one might come in. Never offered a card. Never even gave his name. Nothing. No intention to sell a trailer to me at all. If I'm going to spend thousands on a trailer I would like to see what I'm getting, thanks. So much for small town service, will never be back to this place.

The price was perfect I went to other spots for 5x5x12 and they were asking 40% more and 2 weeks wait. He has it all-all kinds of sizes and helps you himself and gets you on your way, made my day and my 2 boys days!thanks

They installed a few add ons for me too and best of all they are local and had exactly what I was looking for in stock on all items. I had some issues with my electric brakes but jay quickly and politely sorted it out on the spot. I'd recommend checking them out for your trailer needs.
