★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, the receptionist was so nice and very helpful. They were very quick and took a good care of my car. The car was washed and looked so nice, I like the "not for sale" tag they put, it makes you love your car even more. The place inside is nice, clean and spacious.
This is my third Krown and here is what I think:
Oshawa Krown was so great and I liked the service and you can see my rating for them.
Lindsay Krown an easy 5 stars.
Bowmanville Krown and I hope a manager read that: the service wasn't that good, they didn't look professional neither the place was nice BUT the most important thing, when I got the car it did not stop dripping oil for days. A former worker at this branch said to my friend that the owner mixes the Krown oil with other cheap oil to make more profit. I would never go back again to Krown Bowmanville and hopefully someone can investigate this thing because Krown name is very respectful.
