Turns out my work order for a simple tire change had not been signed. Guess no one thought they should go get it signed or something. No apologies or anything. Didn't mention anything about my brakes which I know need work soon. I will likely make other arrangements when it's time to put my winters on. They won't be doing my breaks.

After keeping my vehicle for 7 hours and not giving me a straight answer, I picked up my truck and had to risk driving it to Roy Nichols in Courtice, where it was purchased. Roy Nichols did a fantastic job, by calling GM Canada to get approval to use an after market bearing, as the True GM part was on back order. My truck was fixed in 4 hours, thank you Roy Nichols for great customer service!!!
