★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my brand new truck in for a emissions failure, they said they found and fixed the issue. The next day I get the same issue came up again. The manager contacted me and has made arrangements for a rental and rectified some other issues that came up. Would recommend dealing with them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience buying my 2017 Silverado. I worked with Ossie. I gave him my parameters, price, trim level, khm and year range and within a couple of days he found me the perfect truck. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and they even threw in a nice car detailing package and had an extra key made for me. I would definitely return in the future to work out a deal for my next truck. Overall, above average experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience! Called and talked with Angela who booked me a sales appointment with Ossie who was absolutely amazing with his laid back with no sales pressure attitude! Then went over to Ornella for the paperwork very friendly answered all the questions I had let me take some time to think about some warranty options with absolutely no sales pressure! Then Jesse went through all the final paper work making sure everything was covered and understood then he got me set up in the new truck with all the technology and answering the questions I had!

Luke Avery looked after my Helga (2007 Hummer H3x) before he became Service Manager, and that position looks really good on him!
I recently contacted Luke regarding doing some preventive maintenance inside the transfer-case of my H3 (having to do with badly designed shifter forks courtesy of GM).
Luke was upfront with me, he explained that at this time his dealership had no technician with the expertise to tackle the job and referred me to another local shop.
THAT IS THE BEST THING ANY SHOP could ever do in such a situation; to not engage in teaching yourself the job at the customer's expense!
***** UPDATE - This is more than a year later:
Just had some work done regarding the transfer case encoder motor.
I could not be happier, bill was less than I expected and all is good.
Thank you Luke and Shannon!
I can't say enough good about these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with many people during the purchase of my truck and three people stood out for their exceptional service. Ornella was so efficient and she made everything so easy. She has all the answers! I meet Jesse Wright in the parking lot for a few minutes but I was so impressed by him. He is kind, polite and genuine. He made the conversation about me. He asked me if I was going to miss my truck and I told him what a great truck it had been and I have no complaints, which he replied how well I looked after my truck and how clean it was. He also helped me move things from one truck to the other with a great smile and a wonderful attitude. It was nice to be acknowledged! That guy is going places he has manners and class. Josh was very helpful and his continued care after the sale has been second to none. The service team has also been great to deal with. I was disappointed by the sales person I dealt with, I guess he got his commission and that’s all that mattered to him. I know a lot of people which could translate to a lot of commission but I guess he is short sighted. There was no follow through or follow up.
Don’t tell me how great you are, show me so I can tell others!
