k	kyle Gordon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently Bought a 2021 Durango from this location Nov 30th 2021, Its January 6th and they said it would be ready for 11am get there and its not ready and would require a couple more hours after I already pushed work till 12 , Was hoping to have the SUV before Christmas not in the New Year. Now I cant Pick it up Because of Time Management Skills on Their End. At least offer to Deliver it to my location since IT wasn't ready. I wouldn't recommend Using This Dealership If they don't have it on the Lot Ready. The positive part about this experience was the price for the Durango I locked it in during Black Friday Promotion.

If I'm needing in quickly for an oil change, they're on it, if I'm needing warranty work done, they're on it and if I'm purchasing new items for the Jeep, they're on it!! They're friendly and great at what they do here both upstairs on the sale floor and downstairs in the shop!!

John was able to help us and even though one of the recalls can't be done right now, they dealt with all of our other concerns and are going to follow up. I really feel they explained everything really clearly and we knew what to do even with the changes in businesses operating right now. I would highly recommend John and the Service team at Williamson Lindsay.

They installed a lift kit and now I'm forced to go there for warranty work pertaining to the lift. I was told it's a Mopar installed lift and everything is covered by warranty. No one mentioned it's only covered by that dealership. I have moved and that dealership doesn't want to spend the money to fix the issues. I paid for extended warranty and Chrysler Canada won't even help. Was sent out with no plate or insurance on a new truck, then they brought a yellow and black service plate before finally bringing the proper dealer plate. Been passed back and forth to the Uxbridge location and still no fix.

We bought a house in the Lindsay area and felt it was too far to drive to Uxbridge. We found out that the owners of Williamson Uxbridge Dodge also owned Williamson‘s in Lindsay .I have called and I’ve been to the dealership twice announced and once on announced. Each time I have gone in or spoke with someone the service has been exceptional they have been helpful, kind and looked after whatever the problem was! Thanks for making it easy!

The prices I got from other dealerships was astronomical And at least a 10 to 12 day waiting period. And Kean pottery Not only did this dealership help me out literally the next day and squeeze me in but they also gave me a free car wash coupon and the price was incredibly low. This dealership will forever have my business. Thank you to the staff, You are awesome

Within 24hrs Lucas had emailed me a list of vehicles that matched what I was looking for(Wednesday). On the Saturday we went and test drove a beautiful hydro blue 1500, on the following Tuesday we took it home. By far the most relaxed experience for a vehicular purchase I've ever experienced. Most definitely a customer for life!
