She kept the work order open and let me book in when it finally worked with my schedule. She even got me a loaner car and to top it all off my car was detailed inside and out!!!!!! The cleanest my car has EVER been! It was such a nice treat! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently stopped into Denham Ford to make an appointment to have a water pump replaced, this was on a Friday afternoon. The Service Department staff at Denham did not hesitate to tell me that they could replace the pump immediately if I was able to wait. I readily agreed to this and was offered a loaner vehicle if needed.
The job took roughly 2 hours and I was on my way in short order. I have always been impressed with the staff at Denham whether it be Sales or Service, they are always friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful.
They have earned my trust and I will not hesitate to return there for my vehicle needs in the future whether it be service or a new truck! Thanks Denham.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Between myself the salesman and the manager, we came to a price on a Volkswagen Beetle convertible which had been on their lot since December which is likely why they were willing to work with me on the price. The next day the salesman suggested I give a deposit as someone else was interested in the car. I gave a deposit and the bill of sale was signed and issued. The following day Kevin called to tell me they couldn’t sell me the car as it was “promised” to someone else. I’m guessing that someone else paid the original asking price. Shady way to do business not to mention it’s a breach of contract.

I called many other Alberta and Manitoba Ford dealers to check if they have the part in stock (to no avail), and finally I contacted the parts dept at Denham Ford. Brent @ parts checked for availability, and advised me that the part I was looking for interchanged to another part number. The updated part was available in Calgary.
