Terry and Tracy went out of their way to fix the problem as soon as possible and were very apologetic. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this shop. North Country has solid inventory, fair pricing, and a professional crew. Rob is fantastic: friendly and genuinely interested, very accommodating, not pushy or manipulative in the least. The service is second to none, extremely courteous, great mechanics and reliable work. Karen, who manages the service department is excellent to deal with. Highly recommend these guys, and they seem to have great vehicles to choose from as well.

When I picked up my car it had been detailed beautifully, as clean as when it came off the factory floor years ago. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would have no hesitation about going back there when I need another vehicle.

Her husband likes to try to scam people especially insurance companies. I heard ever year when there is a possible flood Season , her husband likes to drive his truck through like 4 feet of water an puts in a claim for a new one. Just want to give you guys a heads up. Be careful.
