★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up a 2018 Silverado and couldn't be any more happy. Eric was the lad who helped us from the start and was great to deal with. Treated us like friends from the 1st time meeting. Sat with Jayson did the deal and was seamless. Nice to know that there are still people out there that take the time to chat about everyday life instead of the old in and out rush. Will be back to look at another vehicle in the future!! Wouldn't mind to see the Trans am fire up!! Huge fan of 2nd gen!!
Update as of Feb 2022
I have tried to call 3 times now to schedule a service on my truck and each time I have been left waiting. Called main line Tuesday Feb 8th to set up a service. Oil change diff fluid both front and rear and trans case oil change. Was told M*** would call me back but couldn't wait any longer and booked service at Capital GM. I still stand by my sales guys great service but as far as booking anything in for a service call I cant say I feel the same.

One telephone call to determine my needs on a Friday and Saturday morning he was in our driveway with a new Avenir. Everything he said about it was on the money. He took the vehicle I was going to trade back to the dealership to figure out the trade-in value and left the Avenir with us to test drive. Beautiful vehicle to operate to say the least! We had a deal done before the end of day and I picked up my new purchase on Tuesday morning with everything we had agreed to completed. Great service all around. Thank you!!!

I called the dealership to speak with Justin Allard when I saw a vehicle I liked on Facebook. Justin brought the vehicle to my driveway that morning to test drive & took mine in to be appraised. Talk about good service! All the deal making was conveniently done over the phone. I spent a total of 30 minutes in the dealership signing paper work and the deal was done. Such an easy and great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a car owner for 55 years, who had my favorite repair shop for years in Vancouver, I was shocked to get a repair bill for $1500. They replaced both ball joints on vehicle to stop traction control problem. The repair did nothing to fix problem. They told me to come back and they would "try again", but no refund for useless work done. I went to Cal Solvey Motors, a family honorably run business. They fixed problem instantly. In 55 years owning good used vehicles, I have never felt so ripped off. Rude management.

I called Justin and he was more than happy to give me the history of the vehicle and why it had been traded in. Justin's easy going personality made me trust his word. We got a loan and low and behold our loan officer had recently purchased a vehicle from Justin too and had nothing but good things to say about him and the service. Justin made arrangements for someone to meet us halfway with the vehicle to do the exchange so we didn't have to drive the 3 hours. It was an easy and fluid exchange and the vehicle surpassed my husbands expectations! We were so impressed with Justin's honest ability to accommodate us at any time that we referred our daughter. She traded in her vehicle and had the same great experience. We will not hesitate to purchase or refer friends to Echo Valley Motors as you just can't get that level of great service in the big cities!
