โ โ โ โ โ I like that the Ponoka location is one of few locations in Alberta who doesn't let the "supervisors" okay the skimming of grounds therefore serving dishwater coffee. Wainwright and Wetaskiwin are so bad I'd rather get coffee from FasGas.
Ponoka has good staff except in the evening. The young men who work are too self important and unfortunately can't take proper orders. But they're friendly. Ponoka Tim Hortons is pretty good.

โ โ โ โ โ Rudest staff ever. Zero working screens but that doesn't matter because at 7pm on a Saturday "no food, kitchen closed". They literally don't care about anything. Bathrooms are disgusting as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Forgot bacon on are turkey BACON club sandwich!!!! The guy took like 10 mins before taking are order and the cream of broccoli soup is water down very badly itโs like drinking water definitely donโt recommend going

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service, very of out of stock on cups, out of ice?, ice cap machine breaks every couple months, open & close when they want. Order is wrong more often then right. Went to order food, was told no because they were closing in 20 mins.

โ โ โ โ โ Display wasn't working. Washrooms were not clean either, both for men and women. Overall, no cleanliness. Have given 2 stars because of the team member who took our order and was pretty quick with everything.

โ โ โ โ โ If there was a zero star they would definitely get one. The most rude staff nothing was working, we tried to order 3 different types of hot drinks they said all machines were not working. Screens were black couldn't see any type of menu. When we asked for a paper menu they went to the back and came back out threw it down then walked away. Staff stood around and didn't acknowledge us. Waited a long time then asked the staff if we could order, response by lady working was a huge sigh rolled her eyes and said "ya what do you want". This tim Hortons should be shut down what an embarrassment to the company.

โ โ โ โ โ None of the staff seemed happy or thrilled to say the least to be at work that day. The grill press wasn't working so didn't get what I originally wanted. Then ordered something else which I was limited to my options with that because they were out. My drink which I get often if not always was to sweet n I had to wait to get home & make some tea, add the tea I got from timmies to it and drink it then.
