They failed to communicate information to our attorneys when we sold the property that resulted in us having to pay additional monies. They refused to fill the tank until the sellers, (us) returned the rental agreement. Key information they failed to communicate to our attorney or us. Interesting, we did not receive a rental agreement when we originally purchased April 2018, we received it only once I inquired after in May 2020, when we were considering installing a heat pump. A conversation I had with their office staff, that would embarass the company given their staff's attitude.

Even though I had scheduled 3 weeks before the planned install date, S had been out for a site visit, the said company forgot to schedule, order the required parts and only told me after I got ahold of them (after 6 hours of trying) the day before the scheduled install. They tried to reschedule for a month later and didn't even apologize. They also tried to increase the original install price by $2k. I was livid. I researched companies and found Outram and am I ever happy that I did. I called and talked to Janet (Wednesday), explained my situation and the time sensitive nature and Outram was on it. Mike was out the next day for a site visit and had pricing and details of the install for me Friday morning. I gave the green light and the install happened on the following Monday. I could not believe the turn around time. Company S should take a look at Outram fuels to learn what proper customer service looks like. If your researching different companies for your propane needs, I very highly recommend Outram. You will not be disappointed!

We were getting low and were expecting our normal delivery from Sparlings propane who WAS our provider. Sparlings told us they didn't know when we would get a delivery cause of a driver shortage and to buy space heaters and save the receipt. I called Outram on Thursday and they came Monday with new tanks and propane. Now that's customer service! Thanks to Beth, Mike and the gentlemen that came to do the service... sorry i didn't get your name.

Today we were close to having no propane. Called and Janet advised we would get delivery Monday. So we got prepared with heaters as the temperature has been dipping to -20C. We hear the beeping of a truck and here is Outram backing up in our drive way. ( today is Friday. 3-4 days early. ) Thank you Outram for saving the day.

I absolutely love calling them to order a fill up for our home, because that means, more often than not, I'm able to speak with Janet. Janet is not JUST professional and has amazing customer service skills, but she's personable. I don't feel rushed off the phone; she talks to me like a friend. Her friendliness & sense of humor are a huge plus for me. I don't feel like a "customer", I feel like a person! And the service provided is exceptional. A truck arrives within 1-3 days.
