J’aime beaucoup m’y entraîner, l’équipement, les installations et les accessoires disponibles conviennent très bien à mon style d’entraînement. Cependant, ma dernière expérience m’a vraiment déçu. Le personnel normalement très cordiale, à vraiment fait manque de tact et de jugement. Je suis descendu de Ste Julie après mon travail bien préparée, i.e. Carte d’identité en main, preuves vaccinales de mes deux doses en main (version courriel + qr internet + papier prouvant les 2doses moderna administrées il y a plus d’une semaine) masque et m’a passe de gym. Arrivée à l’accueil, l’employé m’a dit « malheureusement je ne peux pas accepter votre preuve votre QR ne fonctionne pas » sans même prendre en considération les deux doses bel et bien présentes et indiqués clairement sur mon passeport. C’est avec acharnement que j’ai pu entrer m’entraîner car sinon fort probablement qu’on ne m’aurait pas laissé et ce malgré ma bonne foie et mes démarches pour pouvoir exercer mon droit de m’entraîner (2doses de vaccins et abonnement payé)…. Très désolant qu’on manque autant de jugement et de reconnaissance envers sa clientèle. Le passeport vaccinale est une nouvelle mesure gouvernementale mise en place, il est évident qu’au départ il y aura des lacunes, le personnel devrait en être conscient et faire preuve de souplesse à l’égard de leur clientèle surtout si ceux ci s’efforce de respecter Les règles et ce depuis toujours. N.B. Il était passé 18h00 je ne pouvais donc pas appeler dans les bureaux gouvernementaux pour faire valider mon passeport. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I enjoy training there very much, the equipment, facilities and accessories available suit my style of training very well. However, my last experience really disappointed me. The staff normally very cordial, really lacking in tact and judgment. I came down from Ste Julie after my well-prepared work, ie Identity card in hand, vaccine proofs of my two doses in hand (email version + internet qr + paper proving the 2 moderna doses administered more than a week ago) mask and pass me to the gym. When I arrived at the reception, the employee told me "unfortunately I cannot accept your proof your QR does not work" without even taking into consideration the two doses that are indeed present and clearly indicated on my passport. It was fiercely that I was able to enter to train because otherwise it is very likely that I would not have been left, despite my good liver and my efforts to be able to exercise my right to train (2 doses of vaccines and subscription paid)…. Very sad that we lack so much judgment and recognition towards our customers. The vaccine passport is a new government measure put in place, it is obvious that at the start there will be gaps, the staff should be aware of this and be flexible with regard to their clientele, especially if they make an effort to respect the rules and have always done so. N.B. It was after 6:00 p.m. so I couldn't call government offices to validate my passport.

S	Sandra Jamieson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is so clean ..which is very important to me..The staff at the front ..are always kind and ready to help..I love the group classes and the instructors..Melissa..Marie Claire..Elise..France..Annie..Michelle are so dedicated and vibrant and full of great energy ..that I can't wait to workout there as many mornings as I can..this gym deserves 5 stars!!
m	missOhdrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym is extremely clean, it’s hard to believe it wasn’t opened in the last year since the premises look pretty new. Also because it’s only for women it’s never too crowded and the staff is very friendly.
