J'ai imaginĂ© des solutions Ă des problĂšmes de rangement , d'amĂ©nagement et de structure. Rapidement Katia a su voir le projet d'un angle que je n'avais jamais mĂȘme envisagĂ© . Innovatrice et crĂ©atrice, elle a su rĂ©pondre Ă mes besoins et mĂȘme plus . Elle a cette capacitĂ© de voir plus loin et de comprendre au niveau esthĂ©tique mais surtout fonctionnel. De plus, elle Ă©tait toujours lĂ en cours de projet pour calmer mes inquiĂ©tudes et questionnements et voir Ă ce que le projet roule Ă merveille avec les diffĂ©rents corps de mĂ©tier professionnels. Ce ne fut pas le premier projet avec Katia Martel et une fois de plus, ma vision fut agrandie. Encore merci ! »

â â â â â Je suis absolument enchantĂ©e dâavoir confiĂ© mon projet de rĂ©novation intĂ©rieure Ă Ova Design Global. Jâai travaillĂ© particuliĂšrement avec Katia Martel qui a saisi tous les Ă©lĂ©ments que je tenais Ă retrouver dans ma cuisine de rĂȘve. Et câest magnifique!
Elle a aussi crĂ©Ă© pour nous un bureau gĂ©nial, qui intĂšgre un rangement fonctionnel si bien que son look se marie Ă la piĂšce sans que rien nây paraisse.
Jâai vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© faire affaire avec lâĂ©quipe de Ova Design Global. Ils sont professionnels, Ă lâĂ©coute et nous ont guidĂ© vers dâexcellents choix. Le travail avec leurs collaborateurs a aussi Ă©tĂ© facile et tellement aidant.

I am absolutely delighted to have entrusted my interior renovation project to Ova Design Global. I worked particularly with Katia Martel who captured all the elements I wanted to find in my dream kitchen. And it's beautiful!
She has also created for us a great office, which integrates a functional storage so that its look is married to the room without anything appearing.
I really enjoyed doing business with the Ova Design Global team. They are professional, attentive and have guided us to excellent choices. Working with their collaborators was also easy and so helpful.
We love the result!

â â â â â Leurs tarifs peu Ă©levĂ©s reflĂštent bien la mĂ©diocritĂ© du service qu'ils offrent. Nous avions prit un premier rendez-vous avec Julie Therrien concernant un projet d'agrandissement, rendez-vous que Mme Therrien a annulĂ© la veille. Soyez prĂ©venus, elle ne prend d'ailleurs pas de rendez-vous aprĂšs 16h, bonjour la flexibilitĂ©! Suite Ă l'annulation mon mari la relance pour reprendre rendez-vous et c'est silence radio. J'ai donc contactĂ© Ova Design afin de leur faire part de ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment, ce qui s'est avĂ©rĂ© ĂȘtre une vĂ©ritable perte de temps. La co-fondatrice StĂ©phanie Tardif me rĂ©pond que Mme Therrien n'a tout simplement pas vu notre courriel. Aucune excuse, aucune considĂ©ration, bref une rĂ©ponse si peu professionnelle qu'on se demande si ces personnes ne devraient pas suivre une formation sur le service Ă la clientĂšle! Entre temps nous avons Ă©galement contactĂ©. RĂ©noM3; service A1 et je souligne que c'est le propriĂ©taire en personne qui nous a appelĂ© (aprĂšs 16h).
Their low rates reflect the poor service they provide. We had made a first meeting with Julie Therrien concerning an expansion project, an appointment that Mrs. Therrien canceled the day before. Be warned, she doesn't make an appointment after 4 p.m., hello flexibility! Following the cancellation my husband relaunched it to resume an appointment and it is radio silence. So I contacted Ova Design to let them know about this inconvenience, which turned out to be a real waste of time. Co-founder Stéphanie Tardif replied that Ms. Therrien simply did not see our email. No apologies, no considerations, in short an answer so unprofessional that one wonders if these people should not take customer service training! In the meantime we have also contacted. RenoM3; A1 service and I would point out that it was the owner himself who called us (after 4 p.m.).

The team that was selected by OvaDesign for the overall work is professional, efficient and very available given the buzz in the construction industry. Our designer Anne-Marie has always been available and open to our comments and changes. After the kitchen, we enter the master bathroom.
