L'endroit était très beau à l'intérieur. Propre. La propriétaire était vraiment charmante et accueillante. J'ai essayé un cours pour débutant, j'avais vraiment peur de ne pas tolérer la chaleur mais c'était vraaaaaiment moins pire que ce que je m'étais imaginé ! La chaleur était très tolérable et je sais qu'il fesait chaud car je n'ai jamais été autant en sueur de ma vie ! Le cours donné par Hugues était appaisant, il expliquait bien les poses et les alternatives pour les débutants mais aussi il était touchant dans ce quil nous communiquait. Je vais y retourné. I am not used to give opinions after a single visit but as I did not know what to expect and had a lot of fear I share my experience for other reluctant. The place was very beautiful inside. Clean. The owner was really charming and welcoming. I tried a beginners course, I was really scared of not tolerating the heat but it was trueaaaaement less bad than I had imagined! The heat was very tolerable and I know it was hot because I've never been so sweaty in my life! The course given by Hugues was soothing, he explained well the poses and the alternatives for beginners but also he was touching in what he communicated to us. I will go back there.

Les professeurs de yoga ont chacun leur style mais sont toujours accueillants et professionnels, avec des routines "challenging" et intéressantes et sont disponibles après les cours pour répondre aux questions et recevoir les commentaires! Il y a aussi une belle variété de cours, du plus calme/zen (comme le yin) au plus difficile et actif (comme les cours Flow et Power). L'été certains studios offrent du Sup-yoga sur planche et à l'année-longue, il y a des ateliers intéressants pour approfondir la technique. J'adore que presque tous les cours sont au chaud; je me rend plus loin dans mes postures et dès que je rentre dans la salle, la chaleur me relax instantanément! Au début je trouvais que c'était vraiment cher, mais avec les bienfaits de la salle chaude, le choix de cours intéressants, l'accès à tous les studios (il y en a plusieurs sur la Rive-Sud, Montréal, Côte-Nord) et les profs magnifiques, je trouve que ça vaut vraiment la peine, dans mon expérience! I love all Idolems! For several years that I have been taking their courses, in several studios and they are always perfect! The yoga teachers each have their own style but are always welcoming and professional, with "challenging" and interesting routines and are available after class to answer questions and receive feedback! There is also a nice variety of classes, from the quieter / zen (like yin) to the more difficult and active (like the Flow and Power classes). In the summer some studios offer sup-yoga on the board and year-round there are interesting workshops to deepen the technique. I love that almost all the courses are warm; I go further in my postures and as soon as I enter the room, the heat relaxes me instantly! At the beginning I thought it was really expensive, but with the benefits of the hot room, the choice of interesting lessons, access to all the studios (there are several on the South Shore, Montreal, North Shore ) and the wonderful teachers, I find it really worth it, in my experience!

La propriétaire est toujours super accueillante et aidante, les forfaits sont clairs, les lieux sont très propres, c'est très joli et chaleureux (haha), la prof Julie est vraiment bonne (pas encore essayé les autres, je l'aime trop!) I really don't often give 5 stars. The owner is always super welcoming and helpful, the packages are clear, the places are very clean, it's very nice and warm (haha), the teacher Julie is really good (not yet tried the others, I like her too much! )

Il y a des cours pour tous les niveaux. Je vous le recommande! It was my first time trying hot yoga and I am now a fan. The studio is clean, warm and pleasant. There are classes for all levels. I recommend it!
