★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and booked an appointment; they gave me a time window of 8am-12pm. Donovan called at 8:23 and was here no later than 8:30.
Friendly, courteous, professional! Donovan had my A/C back up and running in no time! Was extremely kind, helped me understand the A/C unit better and what to look at in the future.
Will absolutely ? % recommend and will DEFINITELY call them for any other problems I may have in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shawn.g came over to fix my furnace: in less than a minute, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Then he proceeded to do a thorough checkup of the furnace and gave an honest opinion of the longevity of it. Also took the time to explain my curiosities about the furnace and when he walked out, I went “now that’s a capable and honest man”. Hats off for you Shawn! Keep up the good work.

He was polite, friendly, efficient, and very informative as to the condition of my furnace and everything he had done during the check. I felt really confident in the state of my heating equipment after he left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Donovan came over to check my hot water tank. He’s very nice and professional. He kindly called my warranty coordinator and explained to her that the shower head has no hot water is because of the plumbing not the water tank. I really appreciate his help.

They were efficient, fast, professional, courteous, and quite approachable. They took the time to explain things to us and answered our questions promptly. They are valuable assets to Enercare team.

Technician arrived early in appointment window and was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely fast to source and install parts to address issue. Also considering the cost to repair otherwise there is fantastic value in maintenance contract. Would definitely recommend to others.

They went above and beyond my expectations and were very thorough with explaining everything to me in a way that made sense.
