It was a difficult time for us and from the the very first moment, Susan took charge and directed her talented and creative team to develop a sales plan that covered everything from print to electronic to video. Everything the the potential customer would need to make an informed decision was covered. Also, given that I lived in a different city, Susan was always within reach to guide me through any trepidation I was feeling. I am truly grateful for their collective help. The entire team is warm and professional: their stager gave me a lot of homework to do, but all worthwhile; the videographer/photographer team did a first-class job; and Susan, Moe and Lana and everyone else are not only professional, but just as important to me, they are genuinely nice people. Their work generated an absolute flurry of showings ending with 14 offers after just four days. I'm thrilled, and they earned every penny of their commission. I am very glad I didn't try to sell the place on my own!

They provided excellent, very specific advice about staging (all of which was very manageable in a short time) and scripted an impressive video for the mls listing. I had plenty of showings over a short period and the kind of enthusiastic response that generated the price for which I was hoping. Communication was clear, responses were quick, and all the little details of dealing with purchasers, lawyers, and mortgage brokers were very ably dealt with (thanks, Lana). Adam also helped me negotiate the purchase of a new-build home from the builder (whose own sales agent was not particularly friendly), after patiently showing me all of my options in re-sales.
