★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I went for therapy today after putting it off for too long.
I hoped my knee pain would go away on its own. I did some exercises thinking I could fix myself.
I was not able to make my knee pain go away, and I reached out to Inertia based on their google reviews.
My therapist was Natasha.
I had not been to physio in many years.
I expected to get a correct set of knee exercises and maybe go on exercise equipment.
What I did receive was what I considered to be an incredibly thorough evaluation and explanation of how my body works as it pertained to my sore knee.
After my evaluation, I felt really good because I had a sense that Natasha really knew what she was doing.
Then came the treatment.
Natasha explained to me what she was doing it seemed to me to be very cutting edge (for lack of a better word).
During the treatment and also after the treatment, I was reevaluated using the same evaluation techniques that were done before my treatment.
I was so excited to see that I was actually feeling immediate results,
I felt much better during the day after my therapy and I am optimistic that after doing the things I am supposed to do on my own, that I will actually recover.
I am very pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to physio in my teens and I've seen a lot of things change over the years, Andrew is by far the best physio I have worked with. His knowledge, skill and caliber are all very high. As a result I'm certain this same high standard extends to the rest of the team as well. All in all this clinic is extremely impressive. If you have any pain I recommend letting them take a crack at it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't stress enough how grateful I am that I chose Inertia Physio for my recovery! I had a terrible brake in my ankle that required surgery to reset it. As soon as I got the green light from the surgeon to start physio Drew was with me every step of the way. I was fully walking in no time. Every now and then I need an adjustment and he works his magic. Sasha at the front desk is a dream to work with. I truly can't recommend them enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah Sheridan is a wonderful physiotherapist. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. I really appreciate that the exercises she gives me to do at home are emailed to me so I can review them. The clinic is new and the atmosphere is very clean and bright. As well, the office assistant that greets you is very pleasant, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their place has AC, friendly staff, and good Physiotherapy. I am getting the results I need for my TMJ dysfunction (closer to normal than I have been in a long while). I was referred by my dentist. Definitely would recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super warming and welcoming atmosphere, every single staff member I came in contact with were so amazing. Great service and all of needs were addressed phenomenally. Natasha was an amazing physiotherapist. Very attentive and kind. Highly recommend. The office itself is also very clean and professional. Direct billing was also so convenient. Their online booking/changing appointment portal is very helpful and works very well.
