Olivia, at the Kanata office, quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and set up a short, manageable exercise program for me to do at home. The home exercises along with weekly visits to the clinic resulted in a very successful outcome. I couldn't be happier - I had thought that my running days might have been over. Thanks Olivia!

From the employees who greet you when you walk in the door, to getting treatment and listening to how other clients are being treated, definitely a customer service oriented type of mentality. As for my physiotherapist, Merrill Pappin, what can I say except for phenomenal. She was attentive from day 1, listening to exactly what ailed me, where it hurt, etc.. and treated accordingly.

I have now referred 3 others because of the care that I have received. Nick is professional, attentive and willing to try different strategies to find what works for his patients. I know that if I have questions, he is always available to answer them. He is effective in his treatment plan and doesn't keep you going if it's not needed. I appreciate the flexibility of going between both Barrhaven and Kanata depending on my schedule. I would highly recommend the clinic (and have done so!).

Merrill took the time to assess me and I feel that the therapies she applied were of great help to ease my discomfort in the short term, and the ideas she presented for long-term improvement in my strength and flexibility will be very useful. I also enjoyed the quiet and peace of the smaller clinic atmosphere. It will be especially helpful to me that Merrill has neuro training, as this is pertinent to my chronic health issues.
