J	Julie Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Victoria Horne is a wonderful physiotherapist. She has been treating me for months for a painful injury and I am so greatful for her help. Dr. Mai is also a wonderful sports med doctor. No size bias at all, and totally focusing on my injury which is amazing!

Money grab, no personal attention, no compassion or sense of collaboration to get the patient to a state where they can resume activities as soon as possible. Appointment#1 charged me 100 dollars for a diagnosis that I already had received from a doctor that sent us there. No treatment on first day at all (I have been to at least 6 other physio places in the city over the years and have ALWAYS received at least some ultra sound, etc on the first appointment. I even inquired and was told NO, you have to book a second slot. Appointment#3 we were 7 minutes late....yes seven minutes. They refused to see us and insisted on charging us for the appointment. Only when we complained in front of a waiting room full of people did they budge and say they would let us reschedule the appointment. We will go to the rescheduled one and that will be our last time visiting that facility.

I didnt realize you could do physio for concussions and i believe their treatment helped me recover faster than i would have without it and it helped me get back to work faster and resume my normal life. Thank you both so much!

CBI team was very helpful with my WSIB claim. They have been encouraging and they personalized my recovery plan to get me walking again. The Admin team always welcome with a nice smile. Strongly recommend them.

Tore fibres at my MCL and thought I would be sidelined for a few months. Thanks to Amanda and Mitch for getting me back on the road to recovery faster than I anticipated. Was able to resume my activities after 4 weeks. So very grateful.

Booked again in 2019 for a separate injury with Adam again he had helped me get back to 100%. Would recommend him to anyone. Mitch the sports therapist was very thorough explaining exercises to build back strength to get over my injury. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to book appointments with. They send out reminders 24 hours before your appointment as a reminder and will reschedule easily if needed. Great service all around.
