We started our Canadian home search from abroad in the middle of the pandemic. Marc took the time for a video call, listened carefully to what we were looking for and kept us informed of interesting properties. In a later stage, when we were visiting Canada for a week, he helped us identify our top priority targets to visit and filled us in on some realities of the Canadian housing market to manage our expectations. With his help, we whittled our visit list down to two, and sure enough, one was our dream house.
