Installation technicians were friendly and professional and answered my less than informed questions. When the work order had a small oversight, another technician arrived same day to complete the work.
Zero issues, fast response, professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsive, professional, prompt, and courteous. Technician came to inspect a furnace issue. Found a recall issue with a CO risk. Decided to install a new furnace. Three priced options for a new furnace were provided, as well as a costed repair option. Installation was efficient, all work was completed as priced and promised. EN Blue has been our go-to company for heating, cooling and water heater needs for several years. Extremely well-run company, extremely professional technicians. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always EN Blue saved the day. Our a/c stopped on one of the hottest weekends of the year.Stuart kindly gave us some troubleshooting advice, but a service call was needed. They were on time, professional and fast. We have used them for several other issues over the years, including a leaking hot water tank and a New Year's Day furnace malfunction. Again, prompt, professional and price friendly. Brandon...thanks for your great jdetective skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new home owner and there was a heat warning that day so I was feeling a bit stressed. I did call Reliance first, but I didn't have an account with them so I was given an appointment 10 day later. I tried calling other places but I was canceled on by a technician with a different company and told they couldn't work in the building I reside in. When I called this company and routed to leave a message for the technician, he called be back within the hour that he was able to come in after his two other calls. He was a nice person who got to work right away. He checked everything and resolved the problem quickly, after he explained everything to me as well as provided me a copy of what he did to fix my air conditioner. I am very happy with the service he provided and this company is very trust worthy. If I have any more issues in the future I would call them again.

-Came to check it out right away
-Walked me through options and helped me make a decision (even taking my call after hours)
-I felt zero pressure and actually felt like they cared
-The install for my furnace was impressive zero mess, they were on time, took less time than expected and the techs were awesome nice guys
-Everyone throughout this process was not only professional and on time but actually seemed to care about me not being cold.
This is a great local business that is family run and you feel it. I will continue to use these guys based off this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough good things about E.N. Blue!! I called to arrange an install as my old furnace was in desperate need of replacement. Norm and Heather had their team out to my house in 45 minutes that day with a new furnace and they did EVERYTHING in record time!?!
The guys were courteous, friendly, efficient and very, very careful not to leave any mess on floors or carpets! They brought all of the pipes and wiring up to code and even took all the old junk away. ?
The new furnace is a quiet, efficient powerhouse and now my home is toasty warm!
Thanks to Heather, Norm and their whole team of super-skilled and friendly professionals!!!

Norm from EN Blue was amazing and his knowledge and experience in the industry guarantees your satisfaction in the work done. He was extremely courteous, informative and the most honest serviceperson I have ever used!! EN Blue provided prompt service and on budget!! I will definitely be contacting them for our new furnace and AC unit when our older units go!! Highly recommend them!

Contacted them via their website late on a Wednesday evening. Received a phone call promptly the next morning along with 3 options at different price points. Once I chose the furnace I wanted, they were at my house Friday morning and everything was installed in a clean, professional way. Very pleased with the installation staff and how clean they kept my house. Thank you for the great service Kent and installers!
