★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend GBI Pools for your pool service and repair needs. We used GBI Pools to renew the liner in our pool which was time expired. They came out and made accurate measurements producing an amazing product and it was professionally installed. While this would be considered normal “good service” they went above and beyond on each visit to ensure they answered all our questions and concerns and left us feeling confident in their service. They also followed up with us afterwards about a leaking pipe and we had that resolved in short order.
Thankyou GBI for the great service, amazing products, and fantastic customer care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had our in-ground pool filter replaced. I was looking to get it repaired (24 years old). After speaking with Mike Harris who is very knowledgeable, we went with a new filter. Very happy I took his advice. The filter was ordered and installed a few days later. Max the installer did a great job. Very competent young fellow. The filter works perfectly and he left the pool shed cleaner than when he arrived. How is that for service.
All in all, this company went 'above and beyond' - period. The work was done on time and on budget - no surprises. As a matter of fact, the final invoice was actually lower than what I had agreed to, as Max was able to use some existing plumbing, rather than replace it. How honest is that! As a senior, I have had plenty of work done over the years and can sum up by saying - the service provided by this company was truly outstanding. As such, I highly recommend GBI Pool Services and it will be my go-to pool company from now on.

After service has been extremely impressive and Mark and his team are very quick to response to inquiries and make themselves available quickly to assist with issues that arise. Owning a pool has great rewards and also has many responsibilities to ensure optimal operation. Mark and his team take the stress out of managing this significant residential asset each home owner has invested in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged GBI to remove and install a new pool liner. Although ordered in Oct 2020, through no fault of GBI, the liner manufacturer misplaced the order, necessitating a reorder in the spring. This delayed the liner installation until July. While waiting, we ordered a pool robot and a winter safety cover from GBI. The installation of both the liner, and subsequently the safety cover at the end of season were all carried out in a timely manner with their knowledgeable and professional staff. I found GBI were extremely responsive to any and all questions with particular thanks to Garrett and Jordan. I would fully recommend this company in the future.

GBI is a very professional organization bringing together a team with expertise and an excellent work ethic.
