Their guidance and advice were very helpful. I left feeling much more confident as a new hot tub owner. I highly recommend going here to get your water analysis done (which is also free of charge). We are very happy with our gorgeous new pool table! Huge hit with our friends also! Looking forward to many years of fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I bought a house with a hot tub and pool, I attended one of the Purewater seminars on how to run all this stuff.
They were fantastic. They are a bit far from me, but I drive there for the store, but use them for ALL my services.
My ONLY complaint is it takes a LONG time to get things done for service... sometimes weeks, so plan in advance.
But the team looks after us and stands by their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to their store for the first time, and I was very happy with the service I got from two of the staff for water testing and picking up the supplies I needed to balance my pool.
However, after I paid for my purchase which included multiple containers for a total weight of 15kg ($265), I decided to carry the shopping cart to my car to save multiple back and forth trips. Upon unloading my purchases I realized one of the staff followed me from the store to the car, and waited for me to unload to take the basket. This left me with a feeling that he thought I was going to take the basket with me, and left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Anyway, I'll definitely go back to the store for pool supplies.

We bought a Softub and were very happy with the service.
Sales process was easy and the eta provided for delivery was correct.
Delivery guys were very friendly and quite informative and took the extra time to answer some newbie questions!
Brought water in for testing and weren't impressed with that service staff member however, when we returned to purchase the chemicals we dealt with a different staff member who was very friendly and helpful.
Very happy with our Softub purchase so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a hot tube from Purewater last summer and had it installed last fall. When I changed the water this spring I ended up with an airlock in one of the pumps. I reached out to Purewater on a weekend via email, not really expecting an answer until Monday.
Much to my surprise and pleasure, the service manager responded within a few hours. He gave me clear and concise directions and I followed them step by step. Within an hour we had the air lock cleared and the hot tub reassembled.
Hats off to the great service that Vincent Paolucci provided to get us back up and running! Bravo! to Purewater Leisure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience from start to finish with Purewater. Chris was a pleasure to work with when shopping for a Plug and Play hot tub. The delivery team was also fantastic and kind. I really wish I knew their names to give them a more personalized shoutout. They came all the way out to the east end during a blizzard and spent the time talking us through how to take care of our tub. Thank you so much. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really good experience with these folks. We chose them actually based on radio commercials and they were on the other side of the city. We worked with Seth who was great, and very knowledgeable. We felt he treated us right and was always there for us. There was a major delay on our tub but no fault of Purewater, just supply chain issues. In the meantime they continued to keep us updated. The installation team was really thorough and also suggested some configurations which was nice. Overall a really great experience. Interestingly enough I spoke with someone I know who actually went through 5 hot tub places before he bought with Purewater. He bought the same tub and loves it. I would certainly recommend Purewater.
