★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our facilitator, Paula was a great facilitator and provided good scenarios to practice our learned knowledge. Highly recommend her.
The space was very cramped, which was physically uncomfortable over 2 days. 16 people in a small basement space was far from ideal.
Thank you for the training, and love the App and to be able to download the Manual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The training went very well and was quite smooth! Now I know exactly in which precise way to elbow-drop on an infant in case they start choking! Turns out, the trick is to use a chair to really get some air before you drop... Anyway, I was a bit surprised when the Red Cross instructor came in wearing a Luchador mask, but who am I to argue with their methods?
On a more serious note, training was good, fast and professional, with a good amount of hands-on training and feedback to really fully understand the skills taught to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give our training at First Aid 4U 5 stars for the actual training. IT was thorough and repetative so that you remembered what was being taught. We enjoyed the hands on scenario runthroughs as well. Our trainer was fun yet serious about what we were learning. A few of us were new to first aid training and he made us feel welcome and all questions were answered until we were comfortable and understood what we were learning.
The only issue I have is with the venue. I don't mind that it is in the lower level of the building. It could really use a clear out though. It's a small room and we had a very full class with numbers changing on the second day. Perhaps a storage room could be used for some of the items piled around the sides of the class. With a full class of people, there isn't much room to spread out and run scenarios or practice recovery positioning with everyone in a row on the floor. The floor space is very limited with the tables and clutter. Overall a great experience with the training itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Course instructor was very knowledgeable and very thorough! He added a lot of personal but relevant stories to engage the class. It was very clear he was passionate about teaching. Would recommend for first time learners.. however maybe too thorough for someone just wanting a quick refresh!
