Used Ottawa pool service last year to replace our pool liner. They were very competitive with their pricing, but more importantly honest dependable. No surprises, no additional last minutes charges. They even followed up to make sure that everything was fine once the project was completed. Since then we have ordered additional products from them. Very satisfied !

OPS installed a new pool liner for us. Worked out well, initially. However, just a few years later, we now have a wrinkle in the liner in a pool that has been installed for probably 20 years. Our previous liner was worn out, but had no wrinkles. OPS is saying that the pool has settled since they installed the new liner and is implying we just have to live with the wrinkle. Really???!!! We have contacted them repeatedly over a period of four months, only to receive excuses, if we get any reply at all. Someone has yet to come and take a look at it. OPS does not appear to be willing to stand by their work -- or even look at the situation to advise us. Looks like the liner warranty is of no value, as was paying for a more expensive liner. Seriously disappointed and would not recommend this company.

We had the pleasure of working with Ashley and Jeff from Ottawa Pool Services this past summer. They designed and built our breathtakingly beautiful backyard oasis! Throughout this major backyard renovation Jeff and Ashley walked us through each step and showed patience and understanding, as they worked tirelessly to transform our yard. Ottawa Pools Services (OPS), a Stittsville/Kanata family run business, installed a fibre glass pool for us this summer 2019. We were very satisfied with their service. The installation was done on time, with superior quality and attention to detail. There were no surprises on the agreed to scope and price, which was competitive. The pool helped transform our backyard into a beautiful garden of Eden. We are very happy with the end result. Not only was the installation done well but their services and advice before and after the pool was installed was very much appreciated. They took the time and effort to explain to us the ins and outs of a fiber glass pool and ensure that a first-time pool user was comfortable with its use and equipment operation. Ashley and Jeff (from OPS) did what they said they would do. OPS treated us professionally, with respect and answered all our questions – even some dumb ones. Ashley responded within minutes to a text or phone call even when they were very busy and would come out on a late evening to address and resolve a minor issue. OPS went over and beyond. A few photos of the pool and equipment are attached. The pool is a Trilogy Hubble (12’ x 26’) rectangular pool model (Vega color) and has walk-in steps, a small splash area and 2 tanning ledges with 2 LED color changing lights - a nice feature. There is a water fall with an arc rainfall sheer effect. All the equipment (pump, heater, filter, salt chlorinator, water fall sheer and control panel) are Pentair products. Both Pentair and Trilogy are rated as superior industry products. So far, everything performed as advertised. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn the ~ 3 foot perimeter concrete sub-deck with steel mesh reinforcing (under the pavers, which nobody sees) was well designed and constructed. It provides added pool shell integrity and a solid perimeter surface. We highly recommend OPS. As their website says, be ready to be WOWED. We were WOWED!

Our pool was installed towards Thanksgiving 2020. We started swimming in it the second week of May 2021. Our family and friends greatly enjoyed using our pool to cool off on very hot and humid days. Ashley, Jeff and their staff listened to our needs and completed the work paying close attention to every detail. I highly recommend using Ontario Pool Services for either the installation of a new pool or servicing the pool throughout the season.

We had our leisure fibreglass pool installed by OPS in the summer of 2020. Both Ashley and Jeff were very open and honest with us throughout the entire process. The access to our yard was tight but Jeff and his team were able to navigate the yard and between the houses without damage. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they are eager to please their customers. They figured out how to move the entire pool 6 inches over since it was important to my final vision. I was even having a hard time finding someone or a company come and re-install 4 fence posts and they helped me out. They are the definition of a small company with big hearts. Their passion shows through their work. We would 100% recommend OPS for fibreglass pool installation!

In 2020 Ottawa Pool Services installed our fibreglass pool manufactures by Leisure Pools. Ashely and Jeff were very knowledgeable, hardworking and great to work with not only on the pool but also the stamped concrete especially in a very challenging construction year due to the pandemic. Our entire family loves the pool and we are always making new memories, this includes our Labrador Retriever that loves to swim and we do not have to worry about any liner damage because of the fibreglass. OPS is highly recommended! A+++
