Zach came in to diagnose our gas fireplace problems and in less than and hour he had all the the issues fixed. Great value for the quality of service we received from two really nice guys. Thanks to you both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My furnace was busted. Called "ServicePlus Heating and Cooling" after hours. They were responsive and we decided to meet next morning at 8:00. Everything was documented - got a google calendar invite, emails with Estimates.
Andrew was right on time (also received messages on phone before his arrival). He was able to complete the furnace motor repair professionally; estimates were accurate. Besides the repair, he also advised on replacing the furnace filters to a different type, which would be less restrictive and increase the air-flow. Also guided on the different furnaces/Air purifiers in the market, in case we plan to change them in the near future.
Overall very satisfied with the professionalism and value for money. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service I have received from a heating/cooling company. Technician was on time, professional, with his gear. He came for a fireplace issue. He diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and made his recommendations. I chose one of 2 options he gave me and he managed to replace the faulty part and fix the fireplace in 40 minutes. Price is reasonable given I only to fix this part every 7 years. I am glad I chose to contact you and will tell my family and friends about you.

I like my new HRV, now I don’t need to worry about the house air quality in winter. The price was good, the job was done very well. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC services.

The Service Tech was excellent and the right parts were on hand in his truck so we were back to warmth in a couple of hours. I will definitely call on them again for any future HVAC needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace clonked out this morning and I called several HVAC places and all were not available to come until Monday. The house was getting chilly...19 degrees and falling so I was not too keen on a weekend of this. I kept calling around and found Service Plus Heating and Cooling here on Google reviews. Only 43 reviews...but all good. Well I gave them a call and they were able to send a technician within a few hours. Our home is 21 years old and the furnace is original so I was expecting some bad (and expensive) news. So lucky that it only needed minor fixing and ended up costing only a little over $200.
We received an email / text to confirm our appointment and then a text when the tech was on his way. Fantastic communications!
Very pleased with the reliable and honest service! While here, Andrew also gave some useful advice for maintaining our furnace and even took a peak at our hot water tank and recommended the temp be turned up.
Really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness.
