★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful with purchases here. Customer service is atrocious and they do not care if you have an issue. I have been trying to use passes I was assured "would not expire" and now I am told I can't use them and they refuse to refund me and will not even respond to my requests for a valid reason why. $180 down the drain and they could care less. Try flying squirrel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a party for last weekend and it went ok but its not cheap and although I understand it gets a bit insane with all the kids, there were a lot of staff just standing behind the counter not helping people. It would be great if that wiped the look of their faces like I'm interrupting their day. Brooke was great and helpful (thanks Brooke), but I had to find her every time we needed information about how things operated. We didn't hear an announcement over the PA as explained, so though the kids ran around a bit longer, but we have to rush through the food and gifts. The people they have working here are too immature and most don't really seem to care. If I'm paying $400+ and there's a minimum 10 kid grouping (you have to run around getting 10 kids together, showing up on time), I expect good service. Pizza was just ordered from Dominos and 3 pitchers of juice the kids will never get through in the party room, while you're buying them all waters and slushes during the trampoline time, is a waste. At $40 a kid I expect access to the room, the drinks available that I'm paying for so they have something while running around, and someone making sure things are on track. Thankfully this is the last group party I have to book like this. Next year he's old enough to go to a movie or something with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. They were closed without notice this weekend. I had bought five tickets for a birthday party. These things happen, I understand, but they didn't contact anyone who bought tickets for the weekend. People showed up on Saturday morning for birthday parties to find the doors locked. To top it all off, when I emailed them to ask for my money back, which would have resolved the issue for me, I received an email back saying that the tickets could be used for a future visit without giving me the option for a refund! I couldn't believe it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids had a great time! Definitely going back again! Highly recommend! Oh and we went with an hour it was more than enough! The kids were wiped at the 45 minute mark lol!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the birthday party of my daughter there on Sunday, April 20th.
The kids had a good time, that is certain, but the organization was odious.
They overbook parties and the guests don’t have where to sit, cannot have food or drink while the kids jump.
It was missing one pizza so there was no enough food. They blamed Domino’s, but I don’t care, my contract it was with Xtreme Trampoline.
I will surely never have a party there and I don’t recommend it.
They don’t have enough employees and it was a total mess.
It was a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is such a shame the lack of compassion in these most recent reviews. I wish some of you would understand the challenges that businesses have faced over the past couple of years. I am confident that the owner will get this situation sorted out promptly. Please be more considerate in your comments. It was certainly not his intention for this to happen. There is no need to kick him while he’s down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for lots of fun with children. Lots of space to move around and different area for the kids to play in. My son loves the foam pit ages four and under only! I do wish the snack area had better choices for younger kids such as apple sauce, granola bars, goldfish crackers, yogurt and fruit. Even juices for the children to choose from would be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is amazing for parties and family gatherings. However, you have to sign the waiver before signing in. The kids can easily harm themselves. Please warn the children about it, the first time I've been there with me daughter, i spent the weekend waiting in hospitals.
The premise is ok but measures of security need to be taken with kids.
