★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hit and miss at this daycare. The Kanata location has some good daycare staff and some horrible staff. Unfortunately the daycare supervisor, Meghan is the worst. They discriminate against kids with developmental delays and disabilities, even with CISS support. I had to move my son from his first toddler classroom to another to find an ECE that was good with him and didn't call him names or tell me they hated him. Once we found the right staff for my son things were better but most of the good staff has left. If your child needs even 5 extra minutes of attention a day this daycare will make your life hell. Completely about the money, don't care about kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today with my 2.5 years old daughter. I was not very happy with the experience. I think kids who are 5 years and older will enjoy this place because they will find a lot of things to play with. However, if your child is younger than 5, I suggest you take them somewhere else. There is one small area for kids under 3 years old with very limited options to play with. My daughter didn't like it.
And a large foam structure as well as a large wooden pirate structure for kids who are 5 and older. And an arcades area. That's it.
My daughter chose to go up the pirate structure which had a sign saying it should only be used by 5 year olds and older. She was scared to go on her own, so I had to climb up with her. It was very hard for me because I had to crawl. The "ceiling" was very low. I think even bigger kids who are tall can't stand up in that play structure. They would have to crawl.
The girls washroom did not have napkins to dry hands after washing them. The toilet seats were dirty.
And although on their website they say the fee is something, they charged us more.
Most likely, I am never going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for 6 years, and I recently visited in February 2022. I understand it's been tough times for businesses but I have never seen it look so rough. Most of the toys are broken, the jungle gym is falling apart everything is tapped up and it very dirty ! Not only is the jungle gym dirty but the high chairs are caked in yellow stuff all over the treys. Nothing seems remotely sanitized or washed . If it's going to be as run down and gross as it is they need to charge less for admission and partys. It's sad because it used to be my favourite spot for the kids now it just seems like a dirty dungeon. Maybe dont reopen until things are fixed and clean or just keep it as a daycare .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our 8 and 2 year olds there on the weekend. They had fun running around the gym and bouncy obstacle course. However, we noticed the staff was not cleaning or sanitizing at all. Everything was sticky. Also the closet area is soaking wet from wet boots and you have to walk through it to get into the play area. Later that evening we all started feeling sick, I blame kids kingdom.

We paid for a host and I still had to host the party. That's the only part that is not worth the money.
The rest was great though. Their pizza was delicious and the cake was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my son here for his birthday party. We ordered pizza and popcorn chips and juice for the kids. I was told it was all ready and I would just need to ask and they will bring the cart into the party room. We arrived at 10:15 and had to leave by 12:15 so I asked for the food at 11 and it finally came out at 11:45. When I asked what the hold up was it was because they were warming up the pizza. We got the food and the pizza was ICE COLD and the popcorn so burnt none of the kids would eat it. The plates were all soaked with water and I had to dump the water into the garbage can before I could put the pizza on them. I was not impressed with the lack of organization with this place and would not suggest for birthday party to anyone. All my friends said the same thing. Okay spot for the kids to come for an afternoon to play but save yourself the money and take your birthday elsewhere.
Another thing to note is that I wanted to make my own cake and bring it because reviews I read said they serve cake that it awful, however I was told that it was not allowed and it had to be from a peanut free bakery. I followed the rules and paid more money for a birthday cake that was peanut free with a letter stating just that and then upon arrival no one checked it, and to find out that they serve chocolate bars with peanuts at the front is so ridiculous when they are saying they are a peanut free environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Kids Kingdom were amazing! They were friendly, polite, and accommodating. The party room was clean, ready to go, and organized. The food was delicious, and ready when we were. The staff had everything ready, even candles and a lighter available for the cake. It completely took the stress out of having to prepare for the party.
I want to say thank you to everyone at Kids Kingdom, and also want to share how great our experience was. We will definitely book more parties with Kids Kingdom and recommend them to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a birthday party here for our son turning 4. Everything was great! We have ordered pizza,popcorn, and juice. Customer service was amazing. They seemed to really care and checked up on us often, offering to help whenever they could. The room was nice for 8 kids and their parents. I’m really glad we had our party here and our son had a fantastic time. Thank you!
