★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dude I’m telling you this is the place to go for a towing. The owner of the company came and picked me and my dead car up and we rode off to the auto body shop. He had my car loaded and ready to go in a matter of seconds and gave me a ride to my destination. We chatted a bit, which honestly felt like talking to and old friend. We had some laughs and by the time we had stopped laughing we were arrived. When he unloaded my car he handed me an invoice and WOW was I pleasantly surprised. The services rendered didn’t render my bank account totally empty. The deal here is supreme. The prices are excellent, the service is excellent, and the customer service is TOP notch. All in all I’d call them again if I ever needed to get towed again. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle got towed after it had broken down on the side of the road had parked it right side of the white line but since it was considered dangerous due to bad weather it was towed. But the guy who I dealt with at ERS found my situation amusing and since I didnt have the cash to pay him he refused to let me use my kids carseats until payday. Overall very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After talking to a few people I now realize I got squeezed for cash!! 340 dollars for a tug out and no tow. Literally hooked me up helped me reverse got turned around and I drove outta there. About 15 min total work for 340 dollars. Feel like I got taken advantage of in my situation. Especially harsh because he knew I was out there for my grandfather's funeral. Tow was just outside of morden so it wasn't a far drive for him either and it was during work hours.
