$160 to tow a car under 10km from point A to point B in Richmond yet your website says cheap towing.

I appreciated the service they provided me. They were super busy at the time but arrived when they said they would. The operator was very friendly Thanks Richmond Towing!

Horrible and completely inappropriate service. I called to try to help an old lady’s car broken down on the street, and when someone else came to help I called again to cancel the service. When I called the towing company, the dispatcher was completely inappropriate saying that I can’t call for a towing and then cancel the service and proceeded to say “oh my god” and “you can’t do that” I am completely appalled at the unprofessional comments, when I called as a favor to cancel the service ahead of time only to be blamed for wasting their time.

Charged us $150 just to get our car's battery jumpstarted, it took no more than 5 minutes. We didn't even need to get our car towed. Overcharged just a quick service. It's ridiculous.

Unreliable and Unprofessional service from both Tow truck driver and Dispatch. If you love your car, do not call Aria Towing Ltd. Please note that I called Richmond Towing Service and Aria Towing showed up. They use the dispatcher . My car needed to be towed to a service shop. I called a bunch of local tow truck services and settled on 'Richmond Towing Service'. They quoted me at $89 and $2.50 per km. Over the phone, they asked and I informed them that my car was a 4 wheel drive. All the other towing services mentioned the dolly charge of $35 but they did not so I assumed they were offering a special price. During the tow, the tow truck driver repeatedly pulled my centre console trying to engage the Neutral. It's a Mercedes and he was brutal in trying to rip the leather out of the gear shifter. I had to ask him to stop and jumpstart my car so I can change gears. Not only that, but when the tow truck driver was inserting the metal portion in front of the front tires, there was a large cracking noise. He seemed concerned but shrugged it off. Next after he was fitted the Dolly on my car and started to drive off, the dolly collapsed, causing another large cracking sound, this time to my rear tires and suspension. The driver called someone from his truck and then later informed me that the incidents due to the shape of the road and the fact that it was not his truck. As a professional tow truck driver, I was not expecting such negligence and unprofessionalism. When it was time for payment, I was surprised by the new charges and called the dispatcher to double check. It was the same dispatcher, only this time, he denied the initial quote and told me the new charges. By this time, the tow truck driver had already driven my car away. TLDR: Aria Towing offers incorrect quotes and surprises you with hidden charges. The two truck driver that handled my car was not careful. He tried pulling the welded leather aspect of my gear shifter, cracked the front end of my car and dropped my car from an unsecured dolly. Please do not use Aria Towing's service as they are incredibly unprofessional, unreliable and rude.

This company told me one hour and then 3 hours and 40 mins later he gets to ferry terminal. He jumped my suv and told me 89.00 dollars for jump then when he seen me he changed the price to 242.16 . I was so cold and so done waiting in the rain so I give home the 250. But it didn’t sit right with me so I called dispatch. Asked what they charge for a jump. She told me 89.00 dollars. I told her ur driver charged me 242.16. She told me it was not right that manager would call me in morning. They never called and dispatch was rude next day saying she can’t do anything. Do not trust this company they will rip u off

We had a great experience! Our car wouldn’t start and we were in a restaurant parking lot. They answered the phone right away, had someone there in 20 mins, and jumped our car and told us how to make sure it stayed charged for the future! Mani was really kind, efficient, and we would definitely call them again
