Had a flat tire due to a nail screw. Kourosh came to the rescue and was really professional and efficient - was ready to go with my spare tire within 10 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the pleasure of being assisted by Jared today, who came out to address my flat tire. Jared was very professional and polite and was very knowledgeable and skillful in his trade. I was very comfortable with him assisting me as he followed all Covid-19 precautions, wore a mask and kept his distance. This was a very pleasant and professional experience. 5 star service. I would recommend this company and their technicians to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wouldn’t start so I called them to jump start/tow to a mechanic. They sent a gentleman by the name of Jared who was extremely helpful and gave me a debrief on why the car wasn’t starting. Friendly and informative, incredible attitude. Extremely thankful for his assistance. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE towing experience. Front bumper was scraped and front wheels were desecrated due to the friction of the tire and the ground being towed 18 km. Called their manager and they didn't take responsibility and tried to blame it on the towing driver's inexperience. When I asked for the contact of the driver, he said that it was "confidential" information and I am not legally allowed to contact him, which is a extremely absurd statement. Clearly someone does not know his basic domestic law or how to run a towing company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody likes to get his car impounded by the traffic cop, but the experience at Rusty's Towing was all positive. The tow truck driver treated my car with care, was friendly and helpful. The receptionist at the car yard compound was friendly.

wife's car at a ditch at 11pm what a guy! Good guy all around and hard worker. I have been dispatching for sometime now and i can tell that he is one of those guys that you want to work with and keep. Give this guy a raise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever was driving tow truck license plate number NE-2529 on 2/23 at about 5:30 pm literally tried to run me off of the road by not letting me merge onto the queensborough bridge. Literally to the point where I had to completely stop on the bridge.
