β β β β β Longest waiting time, I called after an hour, they said it will be another 30 minutes. When he said the ETA is 30-40 minutes, could have called another company, only if I knew. Totally overpriced, do not get fooled by the 65$ ad, they charge you just like the others.
Just call someone else.

β β β β β Called In to schedule a towing service in burnaby to coquitlam. After speaking to a rep he was able to give me a rough quote of the rates and ETA.
If you're having issues trying to find tow truck service, give this roadside assistance a call and they'll help you find fast service and good rates too. Affordable! ??

β β β β β We didn't know what was wrong with my car battery. So the driver came by to take a look, after we figured out the battery was completely toast we decided to tow my car to my dealership. I'm happy with the service from TTN and the driver who was dispatched to me.

β β β β β No dispatch after an hour. I called back and the lady said 45 more minutes. I wait for another hour and nothing. All these while I had no battery on my car and it is getting cold. Called again and the lady said another 45 minutes. Absolutely 0 respect for the customers. I cancelled the service and call to another company. Truck arrived in 20 minutes.

β β β β β The dispatcher at TTN was friendly and the tow truck company and driver they contracted out to was really nice and did a good job. I wasnβt impressed however that I was told it would be 30 minutes and it took 2 hours, I was also told I needed to be there to give my keys and I didnβt, the driver was able to just hook up to and tow the car. So basically I had my fiancΓ© drive me to my car for us to sit for 2 hours because I was given wrong ETA and information. The pricing is also misleading it says $65 tow but thatβs just a base charge it doesnβt include a $2.90 per km charge plus fees and taxes so I paid $110 to tow my sedan 4km.

β β β β β Called around for the best quote and these guys helped me out. They assigned a company nearby to help me the quickest and it made sense to me. The rates were average but the experience was super easy. Would def use TTN again.

β β β β β Dispatcher was friendly as I had called for a quote. After speaking for awhile I asked myself do really want to call other tow companies? Nah. Driver showed up within an hour and my car was off to the make it better station.
Price seemed fair and Iβm happy.
