★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt the need to leave a review because of the outstanding level of service I received from Charlie. My F450 CCLB broke down in Richmond and I needed it towed back to Vancouver. Being such a large truck, Charlie was able to make the tow happen. Extremely professional, great communication skills and very friendly. Hope he gets a promotion of some sort! Also have to give thanks to the dispatcher (I think it’s Alex) that I called this evening. Even though it was 12 am in the morning he was extremely friendly, answered all my questions and gave me updates. A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. The guy who answered phone hanged up on me. I was asking simple question, he was very impatient. Who this company will hire him, if you do not want to answer phones, just do not pick up! Do not choose this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware - this is the same company as Buster's, who are the dirtiest tow company in the city. My mother has been sitting at the airport with a flat tire for 3 hours now. We have Canadian Tire roadside service, and they are using this company. We have been given the runaround for the entire three hours about how long they would be, what information they had, and that they would phone her on her phone. Everyone has said something completely different. What absolute bull**it service. Naturally, I'm concerned about my elderly mother who has been sitting in the cold for three hours, and I started speaking a bit strongly about my frustration, and was promptly hung up on. Only giving them one star because none isn't an option. It is a 13 minute drive from their tow-yard to YVR. It's been 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locked my car key in the car, Mazda roadside assistance gave me Rusty’s to save me. The responder arrived 20 mins earlier than expected, and he opened up my car in a flash. Very prompt and professional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Drivers out there! A risk for everyone on the road. Brake checks, cuts off a young family with his RAM HD Truck, high beams on plus working lights to irritate you from driving. Police Report started and BCAA is contacted! Some companies should run out of business and this is one of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t deal with this place if you don’t want your car get damaged. The guy is really rude and doesn’t really care about cars. I drove away my car from their place for 20mins, then the tire is flat with a huge nail that definitely wont be on the road.
