★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre ordered a cab on April 4 2021, for 5:45 am April 5, 2021 to take me to the airport. The cab driver never showed up. When I called, dispatch said they were busy (highly unlikely). I called PG Taxi and they had someone pick me up faster. Not even sure if Emerald showed up. Side note the driver from PG Taxi said it's always slow due to covid and he typically goes home early.
Save yourself the hassle. Don't use Emerald. Just use PG Taci

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off with a pretty short answer from the cab company, I asked for a cab to Costco, got a "Yep", then disconnected. No timeframe or anything elsenlike asking what my name is.
The only good thing was, is the driver was wearing a mask. Had them pick me up from Costco, driver helped put 3 things in the trunk left everything else to me. I had my husband help unload the vehicle for me. That is NOT an exaggeration. With everything that is going on, and if the driver needs to handle the clients form of payment (credit card and/or debit card), they should have wipes and/or gloves readily available. Never again will I use this cab company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a cab March 27th, 2021. Cab driver did not wear a mask at all as well as no plexiglass. When I asked “oh you don’t have to wear masks?” He went off about how it is pretty much a government hoax and he didn’t believe in it. I emailed in the license plate and what had happened. Still have not got a response in 4 days. I do not believe this company should be running at a time like this if they are not going to follow proper government protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver charged my visa more than once and on separate days. When I tried to talk to manager… they refused to chat. Even with proof I was dismissed on several attempts!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a disappointing let down by PG Taxi, I called Emerald. They were not only quick to pick us up, polite to us, they were also less expensive. I appreciate the timely manner in which they came. If not for them, I would not have made it on time. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost caused an accident this cab 77 then almost went head first into a meridian and almost caused a pile up in a main intersection this was in chilliwack. So I called and was told cab 77 wasn't employed with them anymore yet buisness name was all over it......

I wish I could give this place 0 stars the lady on the phone was so unprofessional and rude and hung up on me three times. Being out of town I wanted more confidence that the cab would actually show up. Must have been having a bad week… yikes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could rate zero stars i would, the operator was super rude and hung up on me and when the cab driver arrived at my location i had to tell him how to get to my destination. He did not have a gps or any sense of direction and i was only going to Rona!! Like who doesnt know where Rona is!!! I will never be using this cab company again which is a shame because i used to prefer it over pg taxi.
Such a disappointment.
