★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a tune up and left with a great deal on a new bike. Renato is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything wrong with my bike very clearly. I needed to get some adjustments on the new bike and Renato took care of it right away and got me back on the road fast. I will be a returning customer and sending all my friends there! Great shop with lots of cool stuff to check out!

Took the time to explain the differences between models and new bike features (I haven't purchased a new bike for 30 years). Wonderful to have this amazing business locally - will be back in the fall to get my skis tuned up! Great customer service and overall incredible experience. Check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a ski patroller and ski instructor who has skied far and wide, I can say without reservation that Elora Ski and Cycle does a top-notch tuning job. Renato took fantastic care of my skis. He also did an amazing job on my kid’s race skis. His attention to detail is fantastic!
Beyond tuning, Renato took care to communicate with me via email and at the shop. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing a proper job and he is happy to educate you along the way.
After the great experience with my skis, I took my bike to him. I am no pro but am a lifelong cyclist and have done my own maintenance and repair in the past. I usually put around 2000 - 4000k on my bike during the season.
Renato’s bike repair is on par with his ski tuning. I have had this bike for about 10 years and taken it to various shops during that time. Renato found things that needed repair (or at least attention) that other shops didn’t even mention. He even fixed a minor ongoing issue that no other shop ever did, even after I described the issue directly to them. Again, he was happy to explain the various issues via email and in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! When you think of a specialty shop, personalized service and local, think RENATOS PLACE.The ex-mountain bike racer, tuned my Giant , fitted me and I received the Udemy crash course on parts. We added purple pedals and handles for the summer sizzle. Worth the visit.

It was my first mountain bike purchase and he helped me through the process. I’ve taken my bike out on a few rides on the trails nearby and around town and had a lot of fun and no issues. I’ve kept on coming back to the shop for more advice and bring other bikes for servicing. I recommend Elora Ski and Cycle to anyone looking for great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and most importantly to support someone from our local community.
