She is very knowledgeable, patient, and an absolute pleasure to deal with!! I love how I can go in and have her guide me through all the gear and tell me what I need and back it up with her expertise!! Jacket was 299 on the tag computer said 330. They honoured the tag price and refunded the difference. Very pleased. With the staff and how easy everything was. Definitely would come back just because of how easy the entire thing was. Finding what I wanted, paying, noticing ticket difference and the refund process being honoured. 5 star

So happy with my purchase… bought my daughter gloves as well…

We didn’t get the names of the parts guys but my husband definitely had them working for their money today trying to find all the parts he needed for his snowmobile. Just all around great experience and atmosphere!

When I went in today, the parts counter guys, Gary, Justin, and Dan were all top notch. Got the battery sorted out with no problems. They were friendly and great to work with. When I went through the cash Janice was quick, friendly, and great to talk with. Best price on a battery in town and great experience all around.

She was knowledgeable in how my helmet should fit and the different brands they carried to bet suit me! She also helped me find a great pair of shoes that met my foot needs! Very efficient, welcoming and overall 10/10 customer service with helping me pick a jacket, gloves, boots and a helmet. We couldn't find pants because the style and size I wanted wasn't in stock. Great place, would recommend.

My husband purchased his first snowmobile helmet a week ago, staff were courteous and helpful in making the appropriate choice. The size required was not available in store but was ordered from the warehouse and arrived within a couple of days. It was a great helmet, except after ten minutes it was discovered the hard ridge at the back of the neck was causing discomfort. We were unsure of your return policy on helmets, particularly during covid, but since we spent a bit of money, decided to bring it back and ask the question, expecting to hear sale was final. Lori was very professional and helpful. She determined the helmet we wanted to return was clean, properly repackaged and in good condition. She took the time to check on-line for larger sizes in the same model, which were unavailable. She then assisted us in trying alternative choices from what she did have in stock. We were able to find one which was a more comfortable fit. The difference in price was graciously refunded. We were very happy with your customer service and exchange/return policy. This makes us much more confident and likely to purchase from you in the future. Personally, I hate returning anything, but the customer care and professional attitude exhibited by Lori made it a very good experience. She is to be commended.
