★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a rim for my ATV. I was told it would be in on a Thursday and that they would call when it came in. Thursday came and went i figured I would give them another day and no call so I called Saturday morning and sure enough it was there. I made the 45 min drive to get it and brought my tire with me so I could get it changed. I was told they never had time to put the tire on. To say the least I was disappointed that they never took the 2-3 mins to change the tire. Took it to the mechanic later that day was done in 2 mins. Will not be in a rush to go back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased two bikes from Two Wheel Motorsports, I walked away from the third bike because they have no customer service skills whatsoever. Please do your self a favor and STAY AWAY from that place. They are the joke! They will waste your time because they don't understand that lying is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talked to a guy at the parts desk on the phone. Looking for 2 front struts/shocks for a 2005 Outlander 400 xt. First guy said never heard of s struts on an Atv, then tells me they are discontinued and they’ve been discontinuing stuff since 2015.
So I decided to phone another dealer to check and guys says… ya we have at the warehouse for the next day. Kind of annoying because they are closer to me. Anyways they lost me my sale. ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t be happier with the sales staff. I purchased a Husqavarna dirt bike over the phone and picked it up the next day. Graeme took the time to fit my son with new gear and helped us load the bike at close to closing, We didn’t feel pressured or rushed once. It was definitely worth the drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my 2021 can am 450 ATV last March from two wheel Motorsports Guelph. I had a leaking gear box seal after only 48 hours of operation. Unfortunately the warranty had run out after six months. After some discussions with the service department etc was very pleased that they agreed to fix the problem and cover all costs. I would like to thank them for standing behind their product even though it was after warranty period!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I began shopping for an Outlander XT, I called around 10 different dealers. I knew inventory was an issue for everyone and whoever I dealt with, the ATV would likely need to be ordered.
Called Two Wheel MoSports and met Jeff.
Very responsive, thru the ordering process, friendly, and super easy to deal with.
I drove 1.5 hours to deal with Jeff when I live 15 minutes from a Can Am dealer.
Well done Jeff!!!
Outlander 850 XT is awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 2021 Tuono V4 Factory a month ago. All the staff are extremely helpful, no pressure. Bike is rare but I was able to get one fairly quickly. Many friends have purchased from Two Wheel Motorsport previously as well. Always a great experience.
