I	Ivory Queen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a place we are willing to give yet another opportunity to fail us. All 3 times we have used them it’s been a real disappointment. Last straw was dropping our FourWinn ls off for winter service and oil change. Well we went to pick it up and the had dropped the canopy pole that holds up the bow cover while in the boat and didn’t fix it so while outside with snow and rain it had nearly 3.5” of ice that was so heavy it ripped the bow cover on our less than year old boat. It was jammed in a spot so tight we couldn’t get it out and they had to come pull it out. When we got home we noticed that the fender on the trailer actually had a little scratch from how tight the jammed us in!. Called then and sent them pics via email as they requested, was told that “the boss” would absolutely call us back and make it right. To date we have not gotten a call, email.... nothing at all!. They simply don’t care and we can not possibly give this place yet another chance to screw up and do nothing at all to make it right. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your boat needs.

Jake and Rob were both very knowledgeable and friendly in the sales department and that made it enjoyable when looking for the right boat for us. Phil was exceptional in helping figuring out the financing side of things. He was always available for phone calls, questions etc Also he made sure that we got the best rate possible for us which is also much appreciated any time when financing. Overall it was a very good experience and i look forward to doing all my marine business with them in the future.

I thought I hated the boat until I stopped dealing with these people. Once they had my deposit they were impossible to get a hold of, even the day I was supposed to pay for the boat and take possession. I actually waited several hrs before they even got back to me to tell me it wasn’t ready.I wish I had ran away at that point. I bought a boat with a few issues but one great example of my last straw was them charging me to fix the glovebox that fell out of the replacement helm they put in on warranty. They held my boat on ransom at the beginning of the season so I paid over 400 for warranty work and learned my lesson. Anyone slightly handy can see the glue on the glovebox wasn’t properly applied. I have zero confidence in the service department and hope I never need to go back I would leave negative stars if I could.

I have really enjoyed the professisional discussions with Rob in Sales. He is very candid and genuine.

The salesman Robert had sent me pictures in order to ensure I saw the condition of the the machine. Although it has the usual scratches from being a used SxS. The price reflected that and I was ok to proceed with the sale. Upon arriving, I noticed there were a few mechanical issues that I was concerned with and after discussion with the Manger these issues were immediately dealt with and I was left feeling confident that I had made a good purchase from a dealer that truly cares about customer service. Don’t hesitate to deal with Robert with any power sports or marine needs. Thanks to to Philip the Manager, I’m not the easiest customer to keep happy. Thanks for your patience.
D	David Knox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never return there. Was only local option until last year. 9.9 Johnson serviced, they left it out over night. Get a call ", Your motor was stolen last night". I never received an apology or compensation of any kind. ".Our insurance doesn't cover theft". Another year we picked up our pontoon, the was no prop. Another year they had forgot to get it ready. We had to take off so the supports, shrink wrap and clean it up ourselves. Can't believe they are still in business

The two mechanics that greeted me when I picked up my boat were very helpful and did an excellent job installing my motor. They even beefed up my transom for the large motor. My motor is running fantastic with no issues. One very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work !
