★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On December 7th, 2021 Noah from Guelph ClimateCare installed a new gas value and thermostat for my gas fireplace. He was very courteous, efficient and paid great attention to the detail of work. He explained the changes to me as well as cleaned the glass and all aspect of the fireplace when he had completed the repairs. He did an excellent job! I also found the office staff to be very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had a new hot water heater installed by Guelph Climate Care. Staff member Kyle arrived on time and worked quite efficiently and soon had the old heater ready for removal. His partner Noah arrived to help carry the old one out and bring the new unit in. They were quite professional and knowledgeable as they installed the new unit. Kyle fully explained all I needed to know about its operation and answered all of my questions. I was quite impressed with the service we received from this company and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had Guelph ClimateCare take care of our furnace and air conditioner this year and we would recommend them highly to anyone living in the Guelph and surrounding area. Both Kyle and Noah are hard working professionals who took great care in the work they performed at out home.
We will definitely use GCC again and again in the future.

Rather than leave us without heat on one of the coldest days of the year, they went above and beyond to make sure they could install a replacement part on our furnace. Noah, the technician, is professional and knowledgeable, and the office staff are friendly, caring and efficient. Have used their services twice now, would not hesitate to recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and very fast installation! My old furnace broke down just 2 days before Christmas. The Gelph ClimateCare Customer service was very quick back to me with an offer for a replacement and installed promptly before the holiday. Technicians did a good job and been very careful with the equipment leaving no dings on the walls and cleaning after the job was done. Our house is warm again and the new furnace is much quieter and warmer than our old one.

This company is a pleasure to deal with. The office staff are always friendly and super helpful. Noah, Patrick and Andrew who came to install the unit were prompt, courteous, efficient and left everything clean and tidy when they were finished. I couldn't recommend Guelph ClimateCare more highly!
