Installation was a breeze, the team was on time, and completed the job with an absolute dedication to making the experience as easy as possible for us. Tidied up before they left, and took the old mantel, etc away with them. Could not be happier with the entire experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Krella install a new insert a few years ago. They did great work. Had some trouble with it a few weeks later and they addressed the issue quickly without any additional charges. I would recommend these guys for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned to book a service call on my fireplace pilot light. But, instead of booking the visit and charging over $100 for an easy job, they walked me through the process and offered to consult over the phone if I still wasn't able to solve the problem. Very honest and professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an inspection/maintenance check on an old gas fireplace that was installed by the previous owner of the house. I chose them based off reviews and they definitely live up to it! They're very knowledgeable and the price point was great. I'd highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the owners. I called and booked an appointment, I made it very clear we had two fireplaces and confirmed the price twice. I wrote down exactly what was said including the price (which I was told was for both fireplaces). The technician was wonderful, but when he gave me the bill it was almost double what I was quoted. When I called to ask why the change in price I was told “I would never had said that and neither would my brother”. I suggested in the future they send a follow up confirmation of the service that was booked - he didn’t seem to care. When I paid with credit card over the phone I asked that a receipt be emailed to me, however they do not have a scanner. Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable service. We had Krella out to service our fireplace. We could smell the odd whiff of gas when not in use. Turns out the shut off at the unit was cracked.
Would highly recommend Krella, great people.
