★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped in the store yesterday to have Rod look at some Paslode guns and Dewalt cordless tools and was super impressed. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a timeline on when he would let me know what needs to be done and an idea of the typical repairs for the types of tools I dropped off. The store was very clean and well put together. Looking forward to hearing back from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went into the tool doctor in Guelph to have some repairs done on my mitre saw that wasn't working well. They had it covered under warranty which was great. As a contractor they understood how important my tools are to me to get jobs done, not only was my saw back way quicker than I had expected but their customer service and knowledge of the tools was amazing! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs maintenence or repair done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had two experiences here: one to order a replacement part for a jigsaw and one to re tap threads on a snowblower part. Both times were a pleasant experience. Service was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I was also surprised at the selection of tools available for purchase. I highly recommend this place.
