★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow speed service the people who work there have no clue whatsoever about what I was looking for and I went there after calling Stephenson's, got the information that what I needed was only on that store and I still waited 30 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a hammer drill for tapcon screws to rebuild some outside stairs. The sales person was friendly and really tried to help but they didn't have any knowledge of the tools and what I needed, I had to return the drill and get a smaller drill and drillbit and then found that didn't even work I returned that drill and wasted half a day and was out 54$ for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not happy. The saw(cut and break) they rent to me was not working well. They send me to three different locations but all same problems. I spend gas and my time I think because they didn't fix properly.

Myself and 3 others are standing outside waiting for them to even open their doors. No one has even opened the store and it's now 8:16 am. Very bad for business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a compressor 2 months in advance and paid a deposit for it but then we got a phone call 2 days before (on a weekend) that they couldn’t get one for us.
This has happened to us 2 years in a row.
You don’t leave your customers hanging like that!
I will NEVER GO BACK and wouldn’t refer to anyone!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a chipper machine from this location, I returned it after few minutes because I figured it out its wrong one , but lady over there, charged me for one full day , i told her in this case charged me for 4 hours but she said it's impossible to cancel it, its in the system, I have very bad experience in this place, I visited many stephenson locations, they are awesome, deal you perfectly but this location have horrible people, please don't visit this location, go to other stephenson locations
