★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman they have at the service desk has now pissed me off to the point where I'll be going to look at Bobcat/JD in the spring for my next equipment purchase. It's too bad becuase aside from the attitude dished out by the service department on a regular basis, i'm fairly happy with my Battlefield experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are doing work at all of the Peel region schools. We required a hammer drill with a 2 5/8" core bit which we have rented at other Battlefields in the past. When I called in to see if this location had one. I was told "it doesn't sound right". I wasn't given other options or any service at all. Just dismissed, and told "we don't have it". I called another Battlefield and found exactly what I was looking for. Just had to drive further. I won't waste my time here again.
