They should consider giving him a raise to keep him employed here. It's hard to find dedicated employees like him. Great job Luke, you will go far. Thank you Scott Sitzman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first phone call to set up the appointment until the mechanic arrived at my house, this experience was easy, professional and quick. The mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly that another company had previously missed. I will only use this company from now on for any of my residential generator concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service technicians are very knowledgeable. However, $130/hr for regular hours and 193/hr for overtime fees is a bit much for the average residential homeowner. These fees include travel time from their office to your door and back to there office. They add up very quickly, so be prepared to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 hour service call watching the tech watch videos on fixing the error and reading the manual only to leave the unit in the same error state when they arrived? Best $532 invoice i've ever seen. Glad it wasnt me paying the bill. Happy to be one of their hostages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total Power is the kind of company that provides subpar work at a premium. Their technician are poorly trained on generator code. Ask any of their technicians and they will not know it fully.
Cheap service up front but they get you with parts. I needed a block heater changed they wanted to charge $500 for a the same block heater I can get from the factory for $80.
There are so many issues with this company I highly recommend not using them. Using Gal, Toromont, GenRep, Genteck or T&t would be a better choice.
