K	Kobe BP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The event coordinator rohit was beyond helpful. The food and dj and host were excellent. I highly recommend giving these guys a try for a lovely experience whether it's wedding, engagements or any party. 5 stars for sure no doubt
R	Ram B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and terrible management, dealt with the “owner” and he had an attitude responding multiple times with “ i don’t care” . ZERO customer service like literally none . He didn’t show any packages or even bother discussing anything. He was just on his phone (sitting down most of the time ). I would avoid this place at all costs , paying more somewhere else is a better option. Remember bad customer service now will still be bad customer service when your event is happening …. i hate to put a business down like this but this was the worst experience i had in over 20-25 venues i checked out. beautiful venue but management needs MAJOR improvement

The owner of the hall is very unprofessional and rude. He had told us that if we found a hall that charged a cheaper price then he will host our event for FREE! We did find a hall that charged cheaper and let him know and he said he wont be able to match the prices. DO NOT GO THERE!

The manager harassed us , Worst management ever !!!! The manager manwar is very rude he is very aggressive, he messed up my entire wedding , before we book the venue he promised us that everything will be great but when we did the payment, his behaviour changed and harassed us so many times , my wedding was my big day but I ended up crying only because of the manager , the staff were so rude they served our guest with attitude , the food taste was so bad they didn’t let us bring our own catering , I’ll never recommend this place , but I’ll tell this to manwar the owner of this place that I’ll not let him go like this , he ruined my wedding day and harassed my family , I’ve everything on phone , I’ll be reporting it to the police , he messed my wedding i won’t let him go easily .
g	gary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful venue but organization-wise and price wise it could do better I mean I think he tried for the wedding we booked there some of the things we ordered and didn't happen as well as the table service for drinks even though you bring your own drinks they would charge you if you put them out yourself as well as a few other things namely that you have to pay cash for some parts of the venue. Not really comfortable paying completely in cash as there is hardly any recourse
M	Muska Stanakzai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROS: Beautiful place. CONS: THE TEAM - The "Owner/Manager" Manuel is really rude and unprofessional. He slapped my coffee off the table spilling all over the room, He was yelling and screaming leaving us all in shock as to what happened. - The Kitchen Crew: EXTREMELY RUDE. (the Chubby girl & Tall Man) but especially the chubby girl. She yelled so much that one of her kitchen staff apologized saying its not personal and that she is always like that. I don't know how much "better" that is. I feel sorry for the staff working with her. And there is no communication between the management. One says one thing and you go about getting that done and the other comes yelling at you for the exact same thing. SOUND SYSTEM: they refuse to allow anyone to bring their own sound system but their own sound system is horrible. completely ruined the music arrangements we've had. If music is an important part of your event, make sure to book a hall that allows the artist/band/dj to bring their own sound system. None of them know how to talk. If you can't handle the stress of running events then you are in the wrong business. I will never be recommending this place to anyone.

We looked at this hall to host an event and the manager was extremely rude, unfriendly. Then I recently went there for an event and he was rude again & the food did not taste good that was catered by the hall. The only thing good about this hall, is that it is pretty. I would not host an event here.

Manuel (I hope I spelled his name correctly), who was one of the venue managers, was very professional and great to work with. If you need any referrals on decoration, music, etc. he has it! Their in-house chef for Afghan food did a brilliant job. Appetizers were delicious, the Afghan spread was fresh and grand - everyone loved it. The dessert table was better than what we imagined...it was so nice, guests were taking photos with it. The hall itself is beautiful. Photos cannot do it justice. Last but not least, the night couldn't have been successful without the hardworking and kind staff. My family and friends were constantly telling me the service was amazing (and trust me, we've been to hundreds of weddings). I'm looking forward to working with this venue again. I'll be sure to refer them to my own friends and family.
