E	Eva M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed by the lack of communication with this venue. I really loved the space and very much wanted to book it for a birthday. In fact it was initially my first choice of venue. I've unfortunately had to make numerous attempts to 'track down' the person I was in contact with on multiple occasions. While I expressed multiple times that my event was coming up soon (restrictions were just lifted) and that I needed to send out invites as soon as possible, I still did not hear back. The person who was supposed to be helping me did not reach out when she said she would to let me know about pricing, minimum numbers, or menu. Instead, I had to call multiple times and send follow-up emails to get a hold of her. Either staff here are struggling with time management or a small party bringing in 3K+ wasn't worth this establishments time. In any case, I ended up booking another venue that has given me quality service, is very responsive, and whom I won't have to worry about tracking down in the midst of planning my event.

When I was looking for a venue I found that the Grand was the only venue in Mississauga and the GTA that has a menu and services specifically for these kind of birthday celebrations. From the start of our first introduction Sabrina was wonderful. She answered all our questions and knew exactly what we were looking for! Sabrina response to my emails were quickly, pleasant and to the point. The day of our daughter’s Debut, Sabrina was gracious to accommodate our last minute requests and entrusted the rest of the night to the Service staff headed by Anya! The food was amazing! The service courteous! And the bartender impeccable! The staff were prompt making the night seamless and stress free! Thank you to Sabrina, Anya, the chef and the staff. You were amazing and thank you for making our night memorable!
M	Maryan Florio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabrina and her amazing team made our wedding FLAWLESS. First of all, the MG provides the most value for your money. The chairs are already beautiful, and they don't force you to rent covers. The food packages were by far the most cost efficient, and - this is important - the food doesn't taste like "banquet hall food". No rubbery chicken; beef that is cooked exactly to specification, and an Italian menu that doesn't just rely on boring old items like red and white pasta, and melon wrapped in a sad piece of prosciutto. The menu is inspired, contemporary, and delicious. The wait staff is professional, helpful, and unlike so many staff members I've seen at other halls, actually looked like they enjoyed their jobs. I was a nervous bride with a lot of questions in a lot of emails, and Sabrina responded patiently, in a timely manner, and was entirely reassuring at all times. on the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond, stepping in as a runner when needed, helping our special needs kids, and generally being in the right place at the right time, always. I can't recommend the Mississauga Grand enough.

Sabrina from the beginning to the day of our wedding was amazing, she helped us through our stress of the wedding thank you so much☺.. the food was AMAZING! ?The chef which we had the pleasure of meeting was a solid man him and his staff did a great job top notch, the bar and security were great a joy to be around, they did a great job keep everyone happy and safe ?, and then the owner which we also had the pleasure of meeting was a swell man. You have a great team there from the front with Sabrina, right to the back with your chef. Best place! The whole team was great thank you so much for helping us celebrate our special day? ? ? They were so accommodating and really went out of their way to make my dreams a reality. My guest could not stop raving about how incredible the service and food were, so everyone is very excited to return in a few weeks for our wedding. 10/10 recommend!!

M	Melodie Sustar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to even begin…IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VENUE, STOP YOUR SEARCH. We had our wedding at the Mississauga Grand in November of 2021. We had booked the venue before the pandemic and we're extremely worried with the uncertainty of the world if we would be able to have our wedding. Sabrina and the team were absolutely amazing at finding ways to make sure our day was everything we hoped for and more. On the day of, the hall looked better than we could have imagined and the food was somehow even better than the food tasting. Brian was the captain that night and our server- he was so considerate and kind to make sure that we were always taken care of. he helped take away all the nerves as we were trying to make sure the night went smoothly. I honestly wish I could give a six star review because this place was absolutely perfect and I can't wait for the next event to host with them. Thank you guys, we LOVED every minute working with you and you brought calm and fun to our hectic stress planning of a covid wedding.
