R	Ramisa Saleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two words for this place. ZERO STAR. I really wanted to have my wedding reception here. The high ceiling and the chandelier was very magical. The management gave us so many hopes and promises. We reach out to him in October 2021 for our event in August 2022. We were ready to sign the contract and give the deposit the first day BUT Devinder didn’t have a contract, he didn’t even have an office. He was unorganized from day one. He kept promising that we will get everything we need and he will treat us like family. I even booked my decorator according to the halls stage. In April 2022, Devinder kept avoiding our calls. Soon we found out that someone in his team had given OUR wedding date to another couple and signed a contract with them. SCREWING us over. RUINING my dream wedding day. Even then he kept promising things he clearly can’t keep. After ongoing inconsistencies he completely broke our trust and I’m so glad I went with another venue. Communication between their management team is SO poor. Weddings can be stressful, but this was just something else. Don’t get fooled by the pictures of the hall’s interior. Lots of cracks on the hallway flooring and looks very old inside but more importantly the management is the most unprofessional. They will screw you over, won’t respond to your calls and tell you they’ll take care of everything but won’t do a damn thing ! STAY AWAY from this hall if you don’t want your wedding day to be jeopardized.

Hall was nicely decorated. The servers were polite and very attentive. The price was good for the service and venue. Would highly recommend this banquet hall. Cheers

The list goes on…. Service with excellence, attention to detail, value the customers and their guests, provide great products like delicious food and friendly reliable service. You will always be the first ones on our list to provide our future events and celebrations.

We had postponed our wedding from 2020 to 2021, and have been communicating with Dewinder. Dewinder has been helping us since early 2020, almost on a daily basis and has been a pleasure to deal with. He has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND. I cannot thank Dewinder enough. We genuinely wanted to book Grand Victorian because of his amazing service. He has been sooo patient, and has helped us alongside for almost 1.5 years and has always been there if we had any questions or concerns. Literally almost daily and has been patient through my bridezilla moments too lol. He truly is an amazing person and manager. Aside from the service, the venue is STUNNING and the food was seriously 10/10 and SO delicious. I promise anyone reading this, this was the best hall food I've ever had. Our family is STILL talking about how great the food was at our wedding. If youre even considering Grand Victorian as a banquet hall, and if you want an exceptional, royal wedding, book through Dewinder and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. You will have the wedding of your dreams. Dewinder, if you're reading this, thank you for being so patient, helpful and being SO caring/considerate. We seriously cannot thank and appreciate you enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams and helping us with our package and details. I genuinely think you made our wedding, and it would not have been the same without your help! We were the first wedding they had hosted post covid and we couldn’t be happier with the support we received from the staff from the planning stages all the way through to execution. They are professionals who made sure that every detail was sorted out well in advance so that the events of the day went as smoothly as possible.
