★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Busy gaming stations. Couple machines were out of order. Bawling was available. Restaurant was busy but clean and evenly spaced tables. Drinks and beers were not so good. If you want fun and games, this is your place. For food, not really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun Place!!! We had a blast. Our server Julian was amazing. Going again this weekend for my hubby's bday!!!. Highly recommend this place for a birthday party or just a day out with the family. I noticed if you eat there, the tickets for the arcade are cheaper. So it was worth having lunch then enjoying the games!!! Service at the restaurant and at the arcade was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely a fun place to go if you're with friends and have some time to spare. The employees are really nice and helpful. My only issue is that some of their video game machines are always down throughout the day. There's been times when I've wanted to play a particular game with friends and when we get there that game is down and needs to be repaired. I would also suggest placing more hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies around the video games areas. Definitely some things to work on but otherwise, great spot to hang out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always get the pretzel when we go to the Rec room - food was good, service was quick once we got a table (everything was reserved) when we reached so we had to wait for our reservation which was 1.5 hrs later - so make sure you’re booking a reservation ahead of time if time is of essence.
Location is great, it’s right within square one. Many different game options, definitely a nice fun place to hangout with any age group. It was busy but not to the extent where we felt unsafe in any way, everyone had their masks and they checked for vaccination proof prior to entry (they accepted photos of our ID).
Good experience and will return for the games.
A suggestion would be for substitutions of food maybe the kitchen can offer more variety. A friend ordered the chicken club sandwich without the bread / bacon - essentially just wanted a lettuce wrap sandwich but what arrived was the toppings on the chicken, shredded lettuce above it and the sauce, so his meal did seem quite unsatisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 8 of us including children so quite a few different tastes when it came to ordering our meals. It was a Monday evening the dining area was not packed but there were lots of people eating as well as at the bar.
Melissa was our server and she ROCKED. It was challenging for her as there were only 3 servers (that we saw) for the whole dining area, but she got all our orders right, saw to it that we had everything we needed during the meal and checked on us constantly.
The food was very good. Burgers were awesome, pizza for the kids was a hit, chicken wings, chicken club sandwich, everything was fresh and very tasty.
Games were fun and all the ones I played (with and without the kids) was working properly.
Good eats, good fun, great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great set-up at this venue. It has a bar area, nice sit-down restaurant area, private rooms for meetings/gatherings, ax throwing, a small music venue stage, VR, private ping-pong rooms and lots of arcade games. My only issue is that the price of these places is getting unaffordable as you'll often spend $40-70 per child per visit because the games are so expensive. They also can't have more than 3/4 pinballs unfortunately. This location has the best set-up of any Rec Room I've visited and had excellent friendly service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a few Monday night happy hour drinks. Decided to come to The Rec Room for axe throwing, and games to get some sad friends happy. Ate and drink at the bar upstairs and Mike the bartender was great. He provided great tasting drinks, and helpful suggestions. Highly recommended venue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for Arcade Games, Axe Throwing, Kids Birthday Party Celebration and small group event meetings. They also have ping pong table tennis and Snow Bowling. A place to hang out with kids and also for a date. However the food is average, not that great. This is a place for entertainment only.
