★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for an oil change one day but also my car had been clanging a bit so I mentioned that I'd put my spare tire back without fastening it down and that I figured that's what the noise was. Turns out it was a broken sway bar link and they found it and had it fixed within 45 minutes, same appointment. Will definitely keep coming here :) fair pricing too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend these guys enough. For the simple (oil change, tires) to the complex (clutch, brakes) they're great and very trustworthy. I hate feeling like I've gotta watch out for mechanics; at Quick Lane it never enters my head. Thanks guys!

I came in for an appointment for a tire change but they also very kindly (and despite being very busy) checked out some concerns about strange sounds that had just started. Luckily it turned out to not be anything to worry about. The very kind staff went above and beyond to help alleviate my concerns showing me how to monitor for the problem I thought I had. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my truck in today for an oil change, inspection and seasonal tire change. I brought my winter tires in the box of my truck with the tonneau cover down and locked. The work was done and I pulled away. All went good until I had to take a left out of their parking lot when I heard crashing and banging. To my surprise, the tech had placed one of my large filthy tires straight on the seat when it slammed from one end of my truck to the other scraping the rear of my center console and breaking off two covers for the outlets. Just as I slammed on the brakes to reach back and see what was going on as the wind caught my tonneau cover like a kite that was left unlatched by the tech flipping it over and putting a small hole in it and bending the frame. Now I have a punctured cover, absolutely filthy, greasy, brake dusty seats, bent cover frame and damaged center console. The box of the truck fits 4 tires easily and at least put it in a bag and lay it down if you had to put 1 tire in the cab. Just goes to show that nobody else will care about your vehicle like you do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my car for noise coming from rear end. "Technician" suggested for a control arm replacement and after their service vehicle was worse. After contacting their manager he asked to bring it again for a resolution and now "the technician" suggest to replace sway bars. Representatives pushed to replace other parts as well. Never trust this shop if you expect your car to be FIXED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a fleet vehicle here for an oil change, 1 week later there is smoke under the hood. Bring it in the next day, Quick Lane seemingly won't look at 2019 F-150 so they send me to the service side of the dealership. They won't look at it for another 2 weeks.
Take it to another shop and the o-ring on the oil pan plug was broken. Seems weird that it wasn't noticed at the oil change, but that they wouldn't even look at it for 2 weeks is disgraceful.
I've been bringing fleet vehicles here for over 3 years, service seems to have really dropped off recently. I'll be avoiding this place.
