β β β β β I can't say enough great things about the people at Guelph Lube and Tire. We have been using them for about 5 years and every time we have gone in they have been terrific. If there is an inexpensive fix they will always offer that as an option first. They are very professional and accommodating. They know their stuff but have never tried to upsell or push things on me we didn't need. If you are looking for a reliable honest place to take your car this is it.

β β β β β Been here about 5 times for tire rotation and oil change. Good experience overall, no issues with the work done however I am asking that the guy at the desk be forthcoming and realistic with his estimate for the wait time on an oil change. I mean, he should know that by now, and be considerate to the customer rather than try and increase the sales volume by one and not respect my time. I'm happy to come by some other day and I won't make this mistake again.
This place is great if you arrive and they can do the job immediately but if there is someone in front of you, make no mistake, their oil change will take at least 30 minutes---not 15 as the guy at the desk will have you believe. I waited and wasted 45 minutes of my weekday afternoon and had to leave with nothing done because the guy before me took 3x longer than estimated.
