D	Deep Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only after the third payment for IUI bloodwork showed egg not dropping properly.. isn't that funny how only after paying 3k they find this at the end. These "specialists" seem like a cash grab. Update: Jan 16. After all the lies, $25k, and being told everything is perfect, the egg didn't even get implanted properly. The entire process was stressful, no communication, no care, they just take your money and do what they want. No transparency, make you jump they hoops knowing you want a kid. Have no problems taking your money and payments fast tho! Went to onefertility, night and day difference, I haven't paid for anything yet and they are treating us like actual people.

I mainly dealt with the nurses and technicians during my time with Juno, and they answered my constant questions and were always so sweet and nice. They always made me calm during what is normally a very stressful process. Would highly Recommend

I tried to get a hold of them several times, but their phone kept going to answering machine. Staffing shortage? I don't know. When, thanks to my practitioner, I finally got a call-back from them, they were trying to cut the conversation short and hang up. They said they process faxes within TWO WEEKS and then book appointments for two months after that. Seriously, they need two weeks to grab a piece of paper and read it? When I asked them not to process my referral, their tone changed and they carefully took my name to find and shred my referral, and emphasised the shredding part with joy. I'll go to another clinic, but am really sorry for clients who have to deal with these people for such a delicate matter.

Dr.Goodrow was so kind and patient to support me in finding the best treatment plan. The nurses (especially Leah and Julianna) and technicians were kind, caring, and knowledgeable with my whole journey. It was a bittersweet goodbye to move on with my pregnancy journey. Thank you for everything ?

They dropped the ball multiple times and left us high and dry with no answers and completely botched the referral process for high risk follow up.

The team is incredibly professional, very personable and truly caring for all their patients! They are very accommodating with appointment times to fit your schedule. They have not only been big part of my fertility journey, but have become more like family! I’m definitely going to miss seeing these ladies; but can’t wait to bring back both my little ones for them to meet! Thank you again Juno and Anova team for everything!
K	Keeks Gee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total waste of time. OVER ONE YEAR of valuable time wasted working with this clinic. So many unanswered questions. No one getting back in touch kept to share results. Having to pester the clinic over and over to get in touch. Called a neighbouring clinic to switch over, and when I told them my negative story, they literally asked "Are you coming from Juno" because they know that Juno's reputation is bad.
